5 Star quality products and service…

Brilliant products for keeping your vehicles in tip top condition and looking fabulous. We bought a sample pack in the first instance but have bought more in the range to keep all our cars well and truly protected and looking good for longer over the winter months. Happy to support a local business who produces top quality products. 5 star customer service too.

Yet again Squid Ink to the rescue

Yet again Squid Ink prove why the personal touch is so important, and often lost, by bigger organisations.
I dropped an out of hours message in asking for some assistance with some mismatched parts, and if he had anything in stock to help me make my old snow foam bottles compatible with some new kit I had bought. Not expecting an answer till the next working week, I got a really quick reply, and within three working days, the parts were in my hands. There is a reason Michael has so many repeat customers.

Lack of communucatuon

placed an order 13 days ago still not arrived , no communication from the company as to its whereabouts. and when it’s likely to arrive.
no, i wouldn’t use again

Excellent service

Excellent service. Products arrived quickly. They're a joy to use and the results have been fantastic.

Ordered from Squidink a few times and NEVER let me down, products are awesome, customer service is awesome, my order was accepted and posted within 2 hours and delivered 2 days later absolute best company going for all your car cleaning needs
