I had to obtain some information from SHS some 18 months after they had completed our project. I needed this for building control purposes. Samuel turned this information round for me in a couple of hours which was a great help. The info provided was very comprehensive and beyond my initial request which meant I already had the information to deal with subsequent questions from building control. I was very impressed by SHS. great company to deal with, really helpful from day one. our raised patio area is an oddball shape but drew it out and Dan in sales was really switched on with my requirements. Really impressed with the glass balustrade , it has transformed the rear of our property, I managed to install the system myself with no problem, the technical team were great when i did ring them for advice, I had 2 prices from companies to supply and install but i reckon i have saved about 60% by going straight to SHS and instaling it myself. I have no hesitation about highly recommending this company

Not having dealt with you before. I was very nervous initially to part with the up front payment on behalf of my client without seeing the product or finish. But the end result is amazing. My client is very happy. Vicky in the office was my go to girl who was brilliant throughout the process. Sam the surveyor was a very nice lad like wise the fitter who’s name I dint get. But all in all from start to finish both me as the builder and my client are over the moon with your service. We will be in touch in the future with any other projects.

Just received my Elegance balustrade system and am really happy with the service provided by SHS. From the sales team getting the quote just right, to the CAD team refining the design to suit and customer services getting the shipment dispatched, the team couldn't have been more helpful. SHS provide an excellent product that exudes quality and went beyond expectations following lockdown with sourcing ancillaries for my contractor to complete the stalled installation.

We (SPT Systems) approached SHS with a small timeframe for them to produce a balustrade. Their normal process requires a surveyor to come out and measure the site. who would then produce a CAD which would then need approving before moving forward.
They allowed us to bypass this system to archive our target delivery date for our project. Very Please With the Service and quick response time.

I have just had a Pergola fitted. Having trawled the internet for months, I was pleased to find a Yorkshire company that offered a bespoke service. I had high expectations, and these have been exceeded. A very professional company. Great quality and excellent on price.

We’ve just completed the stainless and glass ballustrades on our decking and they look fantastic. The system was absolutely perfectly sized to the specifications given. The customer service and communication with the company was excellent and the quality of the product is to a very high standard.

This really is a 5* company, from the initial contact to providing a detailed 3D illustration of the balustrade system, thru' to double checking and verifying all measurements, SHS Balustrades and Glass provide a first class service. A long process but that was due to Covid and our own timing because of hiring a roofer to lay a new flat roof. We found SHS professional throughout and the survey and installation were performed by the same person which meant he knew what to expect and also liaised with our roofer. Would highly recommend - the delivery and installation all as agreed in terms of timing. SHS were good at communicating throughout.

It all turned out good in the end. Was very concerned about the performance of the previous management as the company is operating under the same name. The Trustpilot/Google reviews weren't good!
Fortunately Nicki was able to reassure me and kept me updated through the manufacturing process. It's all now installed, on time, looks great and pleased with the quality.

This is the second time I have used SHS for balustrades but the first time without a builder specifying the requirements. The whole process and experience was very good, with guidance and queries from SHS staff where I needed to explain my plan. Overall, highly recommended.
