Just completed my order to date but so far SHS have been extremely helpful and professional and I am looking forward to receiving the product.

After I ordered I mistakenly went on line and read reviews of the company and must admit spent the next three and and half weeks worrying if it would show up. In my case I need not of worried ,earlier than quoted I had a call off there despatch guy arranged delivery for the day after , driver turned up early polite helpful all the girls in the holly Katie Nicki and bev we all brilliant Great product and service
We installed yesterday and are delighted with the balustrade and the quality of the manufacture and ease of installation It was delivered as I said in less than the 4 week delivery proposed, was extremely well packaged and not only came with the fittings but a set of tools to help install. Had an Elegance Balustrade system to a balcony on a new bedroom extension, it’s a really good quality finish and was easy to install. Fantastic installation demonstration videos on the website were easy to access and use.
So pleased with the finished article, it makes us smile every morning, no balustrade getting in the way of our view whilst we have a cup of tea in bed!

Communications between myself and company prompt and courteous. Once dimensions established, goods delivered promptly. Screens were easy to fix to counter area; good feedback from customers and staff alike.

Yet another excellent job by SHS balustrades. We had a balustrade done by them 4 years ago in front of our organgery which we were very pleased with, but on the front of the house there was a wrought iron balustrade which needed painting having been up around 30 years. We felt it was time to upgrade it to match the one by the orangery and it was done today. We are delighted, the fitter arrived nice and early was very tidy and a really nice guy. He has done an excellent job and we would recommend him and SHS highly.

Having just completed erecting a 'safety railing' in our garden using your Tension Wire System my wife and I would like to commend and thank you for both the superb quality of your product and the ease of working with your company during the purchasing process. Being our first experience with both your company and with this product we were concerned that the product would be what we needed and that we would be able to do a self-build. We needn't have had any worries. We couldn't have asked for better quality, for a better purchasing process, for better packaging and delivery, or for better thought out and ease of construction. We can wholeheartedly recommend you and your product to any non-professional client such as ourselves.

I had a tricky requirement to complete the balustrade for the stair in my new build. SHS helped me with the design solution, they were flexible with their approach and nothing was too much trouble, reworking drawings a number of times. The kit when it arrived was as described, good quality, well packed and labelled. I ordered the steel first and then templated the glass in plywood and sent up to them, all straightforward. The glass was spot on when it arrived. I couldn't recommend SHS highly enough.

The whole process of ordering, receiving and installing the ballustrade was simple to deal with and everyone I spoke to was both courteous and professional.

The folks at Aldridge were easy to converse with and of a cheery disposition which made for a good working relationship and I was communicated to along the way and the day of fitting came much quicker than planned so that was a nice bonus.

Charl arrived on time and proceeded to install the ballustrade taking his time and ensuring we were happy all through the process, we made a slight change of a few centimetres to exactly where it was fitted which Charl was happy to oblige and agreed with our thinking as well.

Glass Balustrade.

SHS surveyed, designed and fitted marine grade stainless steel and glass balustrade to the front of our property. This wasn’t easy due to our driveway have two sets of stairs and several raised areas to navigate around. This was all done with total professionalism to a very high standard. I can’t recommend them enough.
