No longer stocked, yet available
Ordered an item online that was showing as in stock. Turns out it wasn’t. Got an email from them 3 days later, apologising and providing a refund. Went on to state the items had been disabled on their website and they don’t know how I was able to order to it. They really need to sort their tech. But they did deal with it fairly well.

Not Christmas red, wrong colour
I bought misprinted upside down mince pie boxes, they are described as Christmas colours supposed to be red and white, but they are a yucky brown not red.
Edit: photo sent as requested, with the red stickers you included and a reel of Christmas red ribbon next to boxes, which shows the boxes are light brown not red.

We are sad to see the low stars. Could you please email us an image of the boxes to sales@starlightpackaging.co.uk as we only stock red Christmas boxes not brown. The images on the website are taken of the actual boxes we have in stock.
Fantastic customer service
Never ordered before, but was fantastic customer service.. Evri had lost my parcel, on contacting the company they quickly dispatched me another parcel.. which arrived swiftly.. have since ordered again and will keep ordering.
