Response to problem

It is a true test of a company when things go wrong: we had a delivery problem, which we tried to sort out with EVRI for several days. When we alerted Starlight they responded immediately, and resent the order on a next day delivery by DPD. Great service, delighted to recommend this company wholeheartedly.
