Asking me to give feedback for something that still hasn't been delivered

Do not buy from this shop... ordered item 7 days ago.. called them about no delivery on my order.. was told it not in stock & they are waiting on new stock..asked them why wasn't I contacted.. nothing.. so asked for a refund..

Clearly didn't have the product and didn't tell me. Looking at their reviews again they clearly have paid for lots of fake reviews. They offered me a refund this morning but I have the feeling I'll be messaging PayPal for help. SCAM, FAKE COMPANY!!!

I’ve been ordering from Status for a few months now, the website is excellent, speed of delivery is great, and the team are incredibly helpful. I had a problem with a discount code recently, a paypal error, but went ahead and completed my purchase. I emailed support and they retrospectively refunded me the value of the code immediately, great service!

2 EMAILS OVER 3 WEEKS BLAMED DAMAGED SHIPMENT THERES NO UPDATES JUST TAKES YOUR MONEY DOESN'T STOCK ANYTHING THEY OFFER FOR SALE CANT PROVIDE ANY TRACKING INFORMATION USE FAKE TRACKING NUMBERS

What you hoped most companies should achieve.

I bought a 5l tin of paint recently. The price was very competitive, and Delivery was free if the 48-hour option was selected. One other thing I'd like to mention-the quality of the packaging was exemplary.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience. My parcel was delayed, so I immediately contacted the seller to cancel the order. I was advised to refuse the parcel when it arrived.
Unfortunately, EVRI scanned the parcel as delivered at the door before I even had the opportunity to check it and refuse it. I contacted customer service again and requested a free return label, but this was refused. I was told that because the parcel had been delivered within 3–5 days, I would have to deal with the return myself, despite the fact that they had already been informed that I no longer needed the order.
I contacted them again and explained the situation. Thankfully, someone more understanding finally listened and offered either a collection or a QR code for me to drop the parcel off. I responded with the requested instructions, only to receive another response today putting me back to square one and telling me that I now have to pay the postage costs myself.
This is completely unacceptable and by far some of the worst customer service I have experienced. I followed their instructions, contacted them promptly about the cancellation, and was even offered a free return, only for that offer to apparently be withdrawn later.
I would strongly advise anyone considering ordering from this company to think twice. If your parcel is delayed or you change your mind and need to return it, be prepared to potentially pay the return postage yourself despite what customer service may initially tell you.

Placed order for delivery in 3/5 days. After 6 days contacted them for a delivery update, was told there was issue with my order, reason not disclosed and did I still want it. I said yes but could give me an approximate delivery date and they said this wasn't possible. So I cancelled and asked for refund. Very poor service.
