I purchased Autoglym air-con sanitiser but unfortunately the push button on the top of the can was faulty and failed to keep spraying. I emailed Status Car Care with a quick video of the problem and they got straight back to me with a return label. When i returned the item they quickly dispatched a replacement which worked perfectly. Excellent service and good communication! Thank you!

Great product at a good price. Quick delivery.

Ordered 2l of oil, 3-5 working day delivery. Told to download "SHOP" app to track. After 2 weeks nothing! Contacted Statuscarcare only to be informed that there was a problem with my order - they didn't have the oil. When I enquired when I was likely to receive the oil, they couldn't give me a timeframe. They didn't contact me, I had to chase them. Would not use them or recommend them - very poor customer service.

I have ordered before, and up till now never had an issue, but on this occation, the packing of my parcel was awfull, both ends of the box were open, there was no packing inside the box, one bottle and a small box were damaged, but still useable, it was lucky that none of the contents came out during transit.Please ensure that all products are securly packed, and taped up well, on this occation, not so well. I will still buy from you, because you represent great value, and it is delivered to your door, I am sure this was a one off.

Waited 10 days order still hadn't been dispatched so cancelled it.

I recently purchased a product from the Autoglym range from Status Car Care. As expected, the product is of excellent quality. I have purchased from Status before and their standard of customer service is second to none. My order was very competitively priced, it arrived very quickly and it was well packaged.

The item delivered was only fit for firewood in my opinion a bunch of lying con artists do not waste your money buy from a reputable seller

Better prices (for most products) than elsewhere. Speedy dispatch and delivery too. Happy with my purchases and have used Status Care for the other items I needed too.

The product was great the delivery was shocking received a text from evri saying 3 stops away and never turned up and when it did 2 days later thaw packaging was crushed and battered but fortunately the product on this occasion was fine

Status care care products and service are 1st class and faultless in

"It was only when the useless reckless courier EVRI dumped my parcel somewhere else that i decided not to use Status anymore.
Companies that have contracts with
EVRI PUT THEIR REPUTATION AT RISK and should use other couriers
at all costs...
But Status are EXCELLENT...
