I have been a loyal customer for many years both online and at Robina store. For the first time i made an error with size i ordered. What an experience. No phone number to call. Business hours for customer service 9 to 5. Email sent twice but no response for many hours. Then bluntly advised can't change order as no size 10 available and cannot cancel the order. The order has not been shipped so this is a rort and shameful. ALL IS GOOD UNTIL YOU HAVE A PROBLEM SO BEWARE CUSTOMERS.

I purchased a pair of Steve Madden shoes because I loved the design and trusted the brand, but the experience turned out to be very disappointing. The shoes arrived with obvious defects: uneven stitching, visible marks, and poor finishing that do not reflect the price I paid.

Customer service made the situation even worse. Instead of offering a proper refund, they only suggested a small discount that didn’t come close to the value of the damaged shoes. It felt like they weren’t interested in actually solving the problem or standing behind their products.

Overall, this was a frustrating experience. I won’t be buying from Steve Madden again — a brand that invests in image but completely neglects quality and customer care.

I was shocked to see that shoes were already used and quality was poor.
And when i complained about it they said we do not do exchange on online items and no compensation offered.
Bad customer service and shit company .

i waited for my order one month.... the transaction took me 11 days with my german paypal. I canceled the order, i dont know why they say on the website 3-7 days shipping, when its not true...

In January this year I purchased the Possession-E Trainer PURPLE DOVE from SteveMadden.co.uk and was shocked to receive a pair of shoes that had been used already and had several stains on, these were returned and fully refunded. I decided to purchase another pair as although the first pair were dirty they were so comfortable. These arrived brand new, smelling brand new and not a mark on them.
Due to being suede in places and soft materials, theyre not really for wearing in wet weather so I have probably worn them 20 times since January. About a month ago noticed the sole of my right shoe was starting to feel very soft when walking and was as if my foot was sinking right into the ground. Wore them last week and when out shopping I heard a pop and my foot collapsed into the heel of the shoe. The rubber structure and completely given way and pieces of it had just fallen apart, the material covering this was also worn away and the removable insoles are practically disintegrating before my eyes.
Customer service have been helpful and have offered a full refund. But after these issues I will never purchase from this company again.

I used to love Steve Madden and I have a lot of their products, but the company has gone so downhill that I would give negative stars if I was able.
I bought a pair of sneakers ($80) and after wearing them 2 times the heel completely wore out. They offered me a $50 credit (I'm still out $30) and bought a gorgeous bag. Well the front pockets are so tiny thatvI can't even use it. Now I've been on waiting list for sneakers since June 8 and when I went to check on it, they've removed it from their website.

I recently purchased the Steve Madden MADISON BROWN COW PRINT - BROWN MULTI in size 8.5, and I must say, I am extremely disappointed. These shoes were not true to size at all. Despite being labeled as an 8.5 medium, I couldn't even get my foot in them. They run very small, and I would recommend sizing up to at least a 9.5 medium.

Additionally, I bought some combat boots on sale for $80.00, which were final sale items with no return option. Unfortunately, these boots are incredibly hard and uncomfortable. I can't even get my feet in them.

Overall, my experience with Steve Madden shoes has been very frustrating. The sizing is inconsistent, and the comfort level is lacking. Buyer beware – these shoes are not true to size and may not meet your expectations.

I would give zero stars to customer service team. While communicative through email, they did absolutely nothing to locate my lost package days ago (by FedEx). Additionally, to add insult to injury, the link to file for a refund is down. I was asked to wait "a couple of days" and try it again. Lastly, I would have to rescind $6.95 restocking fee for shoes I NEVER RECEIVED. Totally bogus. I will never let this company profit from me again. There's a lot of better competition out there Steve Madden!

I bought this as a gift, and it made a lasting impression. The roses are beautiful, and stunning in person. The quality is excellent, and everything arrived safely thanks to solid packaging. Delivery was quick, and the customer support team was great.

Do not purchase from this company online! Their customer service is appalling. Ordered boots for my daughter 4 weeks ago that I still have not received. They have acknowledged that there was a technical issue their side and that they were never dispatched and I’m still waiting for a £200 refund!

Vraiment nul service client lamentable ! ne commander pas sur ce site j’ai commander des sandales à 130€ je reçois un mail de confirmation pour l’expédition au bout de 5 jours je vois que mon colis n’a tjrs pas bouger je les contacte ils me disent qu’il y’a u une erreur d’adresse que le colis n’a jamais étais expédié et me disent que le remboursement sera effectué que si je voulais je pouvais repasser une commande !comme ci j’avais le temps je pars dans quelques jours en vacances j’ai commander les même sur un autre site en livraison express ! Heureusement j’ai étais remboursé rapidement

Voor mijn werk een paar schoenen besteld. Maar bij levering bleek dat deze schoenen duidelijk al gedragen waren door iemand anders! Zwaar beschadigd en de zolen zijn helemaal versleten (tussen de ribbels van het schoeisel zitten zelf steentjes vast)
Erg verontrustend dat dit goedgekeurd is bij het retour process..
Klacht geschreven bij de klantenservice met de foto's erbij, maar coulance of hulp krijg je niet. Gewoon de retourkosten zelf betalen om deze bestelling terug te sturen, ongelooflijk..

If there was no star I would have used that. One of the worse online experiences ever. Purchased boots with the recommendation to get the next size up from normal. Boots arrived, were too big on requesting return due to misinformation from company, was told I had to pay to return them?? I did this and was then told I would only get a store credit!!! After stating I would return to Paypal to report experience and finally received a refund minus the return cost 3 weeks later. Never buy off this company it is run by persons overseas as all emails were received in the middle of th night.
