I dealt with both Toni and Mandy. The service was absolutely amazing!

Most rude and unhelpful staff i have experienced at any stratco or fencing companies. Quick to take the money but not to show you the product you brought.

I requested a quote for a patio. A contractor came to my house to measure the area and offered a verbal estimate on the spot. I requested a formal quote be sent to my email. After nearly 5 weeks I had not recieved a quote so attempted to contact the contractor via phone call and SMS. after another week of no contact I went to the store at Kunda Park and attempted to elicit information regarding the whereabouts of the quotation. The store representative also attempted to contact the contractor to no avail. She then promised me an update on getting another quote from another contractor within 24 hours. Eight days later after no contact from anyone from Stratco, I once again went to the Kunda Park store to get an update and to voice my concern that she had not fulfilled her stated promise. The representative then denied agreeing to provide the update. I the left very angry. I called Stratco's contact number to voice my disappointment at the lack of communication and discussed the issue with the representative who provided assurances the issue would be passed to the relevant person and that I would have contact by the end of the next day. Didn't happen. I was very disappointed that the initial contractor was unable to follow through because he seemed credible. But it seems that poor communication is the standard for Stratco. Beside the point I know but this is not my first lack of success dealing with this company.

Mandy was very helpful. It was raining hard and he helped to carry the blinds inside the garage.

Big shout out to Scott & Michelle from Stratco Epping they went above and beyond to ensure that I had the right stone top for my outdoor crossray double fridge after the wrong was ordered Michelle delivered it personally,Scott did a follow up call to ensure the fit was perfect. many thanks
