some very poor reviews left me bothered but my experiances have been far better than i imagined even though they are clearly under staffed they have been friendly and helpfull our car has been sorted with no issues i am happy to return again

They don't care about their customers
I feel the company put profiteering over the needs of their clients. My car went in for a service and MOT. It is three years old and has only done 15000 miles. I was contacted to say the breaks and break discs needed changing and the cost would normally be £1000 but they could do for about £750 so I felt pressured to accept. When I got home and told my husband he researched it and discovered that I should not have had to have the breaks done having done so little mileage. The breaks do not normally need to be changed until at least 30000 miles have been undertaken. There is a reason why I chose Land Rover at Coventry rather than Nottingham when I purchased this car new, and this experience serves as a reminder to me why. I know I will choose carefully when I buy my next car at the end of next year.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Dropped car off for recall work. Was told over phone this would take a day (and possibly 2 if further fault was found). Arrived to drop off and told could be 3 days, no courtesy car, no apology, nothing. This put us in an impossible position but what made the whole thing intolerable was the interpersonal skills of the service rep, he clearly had none. We left and will get sorted elsewhere.

When staff begrudgingly when asked to quote after paying investigation price of £204 to do the work resorts to writing price by hand on the customer request form rather than providing a professional quote on corporate graded paperwork.

The hybrid version of the evoque is not fit for purpose for
Service staff unfriendly at the Nottingham site. Every expensive to have the car serviced. Fuel (petrol!) in the oil, which caused the hybrid setting not to work. Apparently this is a fault common to the evoque. It should be sorted by Range Rover. As is the cost of replacing the cleaning of the crankcase and replacing the oil. Bad overall experience.
