The hybrid version of the evoque is not fit for purpose for
Service staff unfriendly at the Nottingham site. Every expensive to have the car serviced. Fuel (petrol!) in the oil, which caused the hybrid setting not to work. Apparently this is a fault common to the evoque. It should be sorted by Range Rover. As is the cost of replacing the cleaning of the crankcase and replacing the oil. Bad overall experience.

I usually give a 5 star review
I usually give a 5 star review as the service department staff are absolutely brilliant. However on this occasion I went to collected my car (at 17.50) and found it to be filthy (hadn't been washed)! I complained to the service agent and he was mortified that it hadn't been cleaned. He showed me the progress form for my vehicle and it clearly showed that it had marked down as washed! Unfortunately it was too late for him to do anything about it as the workshop had now closed. He apologised and said that he would escalate this disappointing issue with his manager and come back to me. Once again, the service agent was great, but there was little more that he could do.
