Disgusted absolutely appalling company
This company is an absolute rip off, 0 customer service for their customers. They aren’t honest about their diagnosis or repairs, they just want to rip you off and not fix the problem they installed in the first place. Would never own a Range Rover again and the Nottingham branch advisor Sam is a call dodger and calls when he can be bothered. The car had a brand new dpf installed by in September 2022, it then all of sudden came up to say the car was full had a diagnostic carried out by another mechanic who stated it was partially full but the computer is stating it was completely full. So I rang Range Rover took them 2 weeks to actually see the car for them to carry out a diagnosis of there own for £204.00 to say it’s down to how it’s been driven as they don’t want to fork out the money to replace the sensor that is coming up with the error as it’s still under warranty. I WOULD STAY AWAY from Range Rover full stop.

Sell Is there priority not the customer service
Sold the vehicle but it was faulty. After 4 weeks of chasing the sales rep to get it fixed.. no response until the manager got involved.
Typical sell sell sell and not worry about the customer.

Don't bother with Stratsone go to Marshall's
As per usual Stratstone could not even bother to get back to me after ringing to report a fault with my Defender - left it 4 hours then rang Marshalls at Lincoln, aided me straight away and within 24 hours my car is now at Marshalls with a replacement car ready to collect. Stratstone up till now have still not got back to me and this is not the first.
Stratstone Customer Service Stinks - I have a Jaguar F Type Reims Edition and a a fully specked up Defender both of which will now be going to Marshalls of Lincoln who certainly know how to treat their customers. Stratstone do nothing but treat their customers with disdain.

I booked an 8 year service for £346, got about £40 value.
I booked an 8 year service. I was told over the phone it would take 1.5 hours, so not to bother booking a courtesy car.
As soon as I arrived, the service manager told me he wouldn't do a PCM software update (which was an item shown on the 8 year service). He then said it would be ready in 3.5 hours. To be fair, he did organise a loan car quickly, although the atmosphere was frosty.
In effect I paid £346 for an oil and filter service, something I could have done on my driveway for £40.
For this price it should also include a fuel filter and air filter. JLR would still be making a big profit from me.
p.s. the car was half washed, still dirty at the bottom.
