Exhaust was making a very strange noise. No one could find the fault except these guys. They kept it overnight so they could listen to it cold start and fixed the problem that day. Top service.

Bought a mini jcw when I got home the tire repair kit was missing the aerial was missing and some stone chips I got a new aerial and paint in the post no tire kit . The cleaning of the mini was poor but I have sorted that myself. Next was 10 month later took a service plan out and booked the mini in 2 weeks before I was told to pay £261 because the plan doesn't cover the service and m.o.t wasn't told this when I took the service plan out next I left the mini with them yes got a car to get me home the rang to say the mini was ready at 5.50pm said they was sorry its a bit late they close at 6pm I live 45 minutes away but left the keys with the sales staff just made it before they close at 7pm this it not all yet this mini has only done 400 miles in them 10 months I get a video saying the front pads are low and need replacing I have thought this have been done at point of sale the mini had only done 400 miles and 13k since new I have cancelled the service plan now I don't see the point . I do really think the pads should have been replaced before I bought the mini and the tire repair kit replaced

Simply excellent throughout. Very knowledable reception staff took very good care of me. Technician provide a very comprehensive report and video. Lovely courtesy car clean and well presented. Will definitely be back for all my servicing needs in future

Our family came to buy a used mini in the £12k range. Although the team were very busy Paul managed to successfully juggle ourselves and other customers by listening to our needs and arranging a test drive of a car meeting those whilst he dealt with other customers. We came back wanting to make a deal. My daughter however fancied the £30k John Cooper Works Convertable... as did my partner. Paul through discovering I owned an Abarth roadster manufactured a deal that enabled me to trade that in and get the more £30k dream machine. Although I've spent £16k more than I wanted we've got what we want. Throughout, Paul laid out the options in an open and transparent manner and although clearly wanted to sell the more expensive motor, enabled the family to make the decision we wanted. Everyone's a winner.

Have just purchased a new Mini Cooper Classic from Stratstone Mini Leeds. Took just one week from first visit to home delivery. Very efficient service from Paul Rosen who dealt with the paperwork and vehicle documentation very smoothly. Also helped with vehicle set up and installing My Mini app explaining everything clearly.

I have just changed my sons Motability vehicle at Stratstone Mini in Leeds. This is now the second Mini in succession from this dealership and once again, Paul Rosen was extremely professional and reassuring throughout this transitional process. New cars have been difficult to obtain and delays have happened. However, throughout the period from ordering last February through to handover today on 23rd June, Paul was extremely helpful, understanding and friendly and made matters uncomplicated to enable the transition to run seamlessly. Thank you Paul and Stratstone Mini for once again providing my son Jonathan with a Motability vehicle (Mini Cooper, 5 door) to enhance his lifestyle and daily needs. Very very poor customer service.
Aggressive phone staff considering a mistake was made their end, causing a car to be sold to another garage.
I rang to see if I could transfer a car from this dealership closer to home, to which a lady said she would find out the details and phone me back, a couple of hours passed and I received no phone call so I rang them, only to be met with an abrupt rude member of staff who proceeded to argue with me and blame staff shortage as an excuse not to have been called back, meaning I’ve now missed out on a car.
DO NOT RECOMMEND.

We were looked after by Paul, the mini we enquired about was waiting for us for a test drive , he was very helpful and accommodating , we came away with a great experience , thank you Paul.

We went to test drive a car at Stratstone MINI Leeds on Sunday, 8th May and were met and hosted by Paul Rosen, who made us feel very welcome. He was polite, courteous and very professional in the way he conducted himself the whole time we were there, and did everything he could to be helpful. I am still in touch with Paul, who might yet still sell us a car!

The whole place, with its car showroom, café and decoration looked flawless.
