Well after all the trouble I've had sending a broken Tv back They sent a email where I had to print the returns form and an a4 Evri Adress the leaflet for the the outside of the box said studio c/o sports direct after telling them 3or4 times I had no library to print it in library I'm disable and cant get up to Then waited of courier sent it back by my evri courier its been a week now and no reply saying it was recieved it Here we go again being Ignored if I could give them minus 20 Stars I would they are terrible and dont know what customer service is now they want paid but wont let me login to pay and the waiting time on the phone was too long was told to call back Ridiculous I want them to say recieved and to pay

I bought a Vacuum from Studio 24 and it wasn't cheap! It's faulty but there's no way I can contact them and the automated system doesn't have an option for returns that are faulty and there's no contact number to let them know. Shocking way to run a business!
Avoid this company!
Please avoid buying furniture from this company. My elderly mum asked me to order two armchairs for her. The delivery company turned up without due notice. Then only delivered one chair! For three weeks I've tried to get the second chair delivered as both were paid for. I was told it would take 48 hours to investigate, now I'm being fobbed of saying please give them more time. Tonight I asked for a full refund, but the agent totally ignored my request stating it's still being investigated and closed the online chat!!

Threatening letters for an amount I don't owe
I ordered a dinner set from studio in January and it arrived damaged. I returned it for a full refund. However, Studio Pay are hounding me for the £4.99 delivery charge which I've been told I don't owe as the item was damaged. I've spoken to at least 15 people since March at Studio who have all advised it will be sorted out but yet again today I received a threatening letter from Studio Pay about it. I know it's only £4.99 but when you've been advised you don't owe it as the item was damaged its principle not to pay it. This has to be the worst shopping experience I've had with Studio who don't seem to know how to handle it. They say speak to Studio Pay, which I have, and Studio Pay say to speak to Studio. So I'm going around and round in circles with them both. Incredibly crap customer service. Will never use them again.

Awful company since being taken over, customer service waste of time. Have been trying for nearly 6 months to get a refund of money owed with no success just ridiculous emails saying the exactly same thing i.e your name and did you place order we will look into it. They never do. One star is more than they deserve.

Customer Service LOL
Returning an item is the problem they won't credit your account it's been 3 months now, you can't even see orders or your balance on they're new system. Plus now you have the problem of no one to call sure you can call the accounts department, but they won't actually help with any order, return, or complaints that's meant to be customer service. The problem with customer service is that it's all done by email now, and every time they send you a reply it's always someone different who hasn't even read the previous email, so they end up asking you the exact same questions. In the end I just went them a formal letter, and left them to do whatever they want It with adding charges to the account. It's to painful to bother using them anyway, so they can mess around for as long as they want now.

I have been trying to resolve and issue with a cancelled item since January and they keep pushing you from one department to another and whilst this is happening they are still charging me interest. Disgraceful service, I will never order from them again!!!!

Never will I use this company again, its shocking the only way to contact them is via email, and every time you send a email to them you get a different person responding asking you the same thing you are responding to. Absolute joke, and no point in trying to get a replacement for damaged item still under warranty because even though you send them your invoice with your account number and name address they tell you the item isn't in your name, I have given up trying to get a refund or replacement but I would not ever use this company, im guessing if I didnt pay for it they would have all the details to hand!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful. Talking to Studio is like trying to plait fog. It appears that you can't actually talk to an advisor anymore, unlike previously. I sent an email on the 23rd March and the 26th March requesting my account closed, still haven't heard anything. I tried ringing them, they were experiencing a high volume of calls and apparently the waiting time was 1 1/2 hours and that message was before they even opened. Still the same
message when they were open. Studio used to be so good. Now it just seems to be expensive and designer led. The returns process used to be so simple and you used to get a postage refund if the whole order was returned, now it's just convoluted. Unfortunately the cons now outweigh the pros.

I would give a minus score if I could, absolutely useless company since the takeover. I am still being chased for an amount on my account that should have been refunded, despite numerous conversations with them about it. AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS COMPANY
Dishonest and Untrustworthy
Have always ordered from these, until the last order I made, something was missing, no order acknowledgement was received and nothing sent, wasn't even on the packing slip. They have said it has been delivered and charged me for the item. Had to pay for it as it was sat on my account. Customer service is absolutely useless and send you round in circles and then ignore all of your messages etc. Have had to go through the financial ombudsman to try and help with claiming the money back. Will never use ever again.
