THE MOST DREADFUL SERVICE
Will not call,and speak to any customer due to a new digital contact only policy….digital contact does not work ….I have tried so many times on chat and over 45 emails to get access to my account resolved….trued numerous times all the instructions studio give and NOTHING works…they just keep saying over and over and over again same stuff that does not work- I I have been without account access for 7 months now! They now say contact to their financial services division again…I have does so in the past and they have clearly said it is not them but the retail pay of studio to fix…so continually ping pinged …because no one will take ownership….and actually speak to me rather than emails back and forth spouting the same rubbish. IMPOSSIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH….TREAT CUSTOMERS TERRIBLY. 😡😡😡
Two of my orders have gone missing
Two of my orders have gone missing. Evri have admitted fault. Evidence supplied to Studio but still not resolved. I have asked for their complaints procedure daily since 16th November 2023 to which they have ignored. The said items/orders have still not been removed from my account despite 3-4 emails a week sent to them chasing this up therefore incurring interest on each statement produced which in my eyes is theft of money not due to them. Used to be a great company it is absolutely diabolical now. Customer service does not exist in their eyes. It takes several days to respond to an email which despite evidence sent to each email they advises it has been resolved ???
Absolute shambles
This company is an absolute shambles. I returned an item on 28th October 2023 which has has gone missing. I have sent in total 15 emails to which they take a month to reply to each one and to top it all off this morning I received an email to say they have arranged a collection for said item what are they doing it's disgusting

Been a customer for years and they used to be good not anymore returned faulty boots as sole separated from upper after only 2wears over 2 months later still trying to get credit they either don't answer emails or ask same questions over and over and getting charged interest Even though item on query. Even logging in now is a nightmare keeps rejecting password and have to reset every time I want to log in. I would avoid at all costs I will be closing my account and I have a feeling just to get this over with I will have to pay for boots I couldn't wear

Made an order and only received part of it. I was missing 6 items totalling £8 and have contacted them via Facebook and email numerous times over a 4 week period. Nobody seems to understand that the items were not received and are asking for photos of faulty items before they can refund or just not replying at all. I can't supply photos of items that were not recieved so I am getting nowhere. i have asked for phone number and complaints details and am being ignored. Still no items or refund on week 5 of trying to contact them. Called phone number but was told it is a separate company that deals with difficilty paying balances only. They did tell me i will still have to pay for missing items if i dont want my credit file affected and to keep emailing in the mean time. Awful! I have been a studio cards customer for years but will never use them again after this. AVIOD THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

I placed an order & only received part of it. I have contacted studio customer services more than 10 times to advise this & request that the balance that I am not paying for which is £3.55 is credited. I have been told three times someone will be in touch, not heard a thing!! Will never use them again, awful customer service

Parcel has been lost through Evri, Even Evri have acknowledged this, I now have to wait up to 30 days for this to be investigated and i am now £200 down with no Christmas presents that i ordered!!! AVOID!!! NO Telephone number, No help, Useless!!!
Poor quality sofabed and appauling customer service response
Purchased a sofabed which ripped at seams after 3 uses. Reported to Studio on 3rd November, but despite numerous emails did not get a response until today. Studio said cannot help until they have an independent report on company letterhead.
I know this was a cheaper end sofabed but would not expect it to rip after 3 uses.
Studio customer services is appalling and it is impossible to actually speak to a person.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. ordered a personalised item in September which I never received but subsequently have been charged for, although statement shows 'incomplete order'. After numerous emails, enquiry forms and messages on Facebook my balance was cleared but the interest added was not! I opened a case with customer services but still no satisfaction. I have had two letters advising to pay the interest outstanding immediately!! Unable to speak to anyone and no-one answering my repeated emails. Received letter yesterday to advise in the hands of debt collection for outstanding balance of £5.22 ( this being the interest they have added) for item ordered in September and never received Not a lot of money but I will NOT be paying.
CUSTOMER SERVICE NON-EXISTENT
The saga continues. Another letter and further email advising of outstanding balance and to pay immediately!!!!!
Eight emails back and forward today and still problem not rectified. How difficult is it for them to delete interest that was wrongly added? And to CLOSE my account that I have repeatedly asked them to do.

Wish there was a zero. Placed orders November 3rd. Only part of the order received but they are making me pay for missing items. Then I get email saying the items have not yet been dispatched. So why should I pay. Like many other customers I have been with Studio for many years without problem, but after this I will no longer order from them. That’s a shame because I have had some nice things from them. They are impossible to contact by phone. The only phone number is a financial service who deal with customers having trouble making payments. That’s not me. I’m refusing to pay for what I haven’t got but got told nothing they can do. If anyone has any ideas I would love to hear from you

De så smukke og fotografen jeg havde på denne her gang Emmelia var så dygtig og kreativ, fik de fedeste billeder til mit content! 🤩 Elsker også stadige de billeder vi taget sidst af min datter og jeg som hænger hjemme på væggen! Been a customer for years and god only knows what kind of updates they have done their side because I can no longer log in to my account. Been going around in circles for weeks emailing back and forth and absolutely sick . I keep being told the same thing over and over and it is not working . Facebook has no end of bad comments all from customers who can no longer log in. How the hell can I manage my account and to get an email to say everything is going on line . So that now means I can’t even see how much I owe . Absolutely fuming 😡

I have been a customer since the 1980s but no more! I have tried numerous times to cancel my account . Well after being sent around and round I am dizzy, confused and quite upset. Absolutely terrible customer service now, It was never as bad as this! No phone number for help, only one that charges you a vast amount if used. So after weeks or more like months now of being sent different ones keep saying my complaint has been forwarded to the right department, and given me headaches , yet still not solved! Part of my order from september did not arrive , they said evri delivered it on the 4th oct , I sent photographic proof from my door bell , which showed clearly the courier carrying a little soft grey bag in that packet was a pair pyjames (part of the same order) NOT a heavy wooden cheese board ! Their response ….I had to fill in a fraud form , and would hear in a few days ….Nothing! So I gave warning to them that if they did not respond before my bill was due I would deduct the cheese board of it and just pay off the rest like I always do in full and told them to close my account ! Still never heard anything.. only that they continue to send me bills !! the last two monthly bills are rising as they are now adding interest on an item I never even received!! They go in the fire! Told them that one final time a month ago that I am adamant not to send another penny to this awful company, still falling on deaf ears! Just Utter Rubbish now nothing like it used to be , when I admit have had some lovely items and dealt kindly with over many years , whenever a problem did happen, always dealt with most efficiently on the telephone ! From proper customer service to now what a contrast, what a shambles !!! Oh just had yet another bill this morning from Studio to be paid by January with a warning more interest will be added … it is burning well !
Total waste of time order with caution
Ordered 12/11/23 and no item so far as of 7/12/23 useless customer service when you get passed the robot 1 excuse after another latest one is new ordering system in warehouse think they use any excuse to fob you off think the company has gone downhill since it got bought out advise is don’t use for Christmas unless you order in January you might get your items by December

I will never use them again I asked for refund and they wanted me to pay £49 plus . Had to stop payment so probably will not get refund and trying to actually talk to someone is impossible unless you owe them grrr!
