So ordered a tv on 11/11/23 said 3 to 7 days delivery so now it is 01/12/23 so give or take 3 weeks later still no tv emailed customer service (as they have no phone in number all done by computer only) all you get is the same reply we sorry we moving warehouse (what dose this have to do with me??? Nothing.so then i asked to cancel the order as they can not deliver in a timely manner and have a full refund.there answer is so we cant do that but when you receive your item send it back for a refund(really)how can i send back something i do not so i am out of pocket twice brought from another company and now i have to wait until it comes have(by the way no delivery date).so it is absolutely disgusting customer service and company stay away really bad i see why they have 1 star rating they should not be allowed to keep peoples money like this as they have broken there side of the contract after still waiting 3 weeks.Np

Still nothing month Tuesday get same messages of PM bill due £79 Tuesday will have to pay as effect my credit score and have to wait 8 weeks to get touch ombudsman been in touch watchdog one show hoping they help as thousands in same position😡😡 and nothing to help us customer for years never again.

I wouldn't even give it 1 star. Item not received. Told I must still make payment with no response to where the items are over 4 weeks later of chasing and chasing. Eventually a reply came to say it was a missed parcel and I will receive a credit in 3-5 business days. 3 weeks later still no credit for items never received and unable to get any response from that about the situation. Absolutely poor service and horrendous communication with customer service. My issue is still ongoing with no resolution as yet......... 9 weeks later
Very disappointed
Very disappointed. I ordered on the basic of the 3-7 day delivery. It’s well past that. I have chased and the response is they have a delay and can’t give any information as to when the items will be sent. On looking at recent reviews it seems everyone is saying the same thing. Why on earth would you buy something if you have no idea when it will arrive. I think I will be taking this up with whoever deals with misdescriptions!

I have placed an order 2 weeks ago,I am still waiting,I contacted customer service by chat,I have been told they have changed warehouse,ect,that my purchase is still being processed and that they don't know how long I will actually received my order,I told them I need an refund now,I am being told that they can't refund me while my order is being processed from the warehouse,I have not received an order number up to now when I made the purchase,when I asked for it to be emailed to me,I am told I will received an invoice when my order is processed,very strange!!They were quick to take the payment the same day though!!And delivery should have been between 3-7 days.

Messaged studio, got a reply back saying items are cancelled as they don't have the stock and your statement will be adjusted but it hasn't.. Not good Studio..

Ordered 4 items over a month ago and only two have arrived but they have added 4 items to my account. Customer Services - waste of time - full of crap - the company is now awful and I will be closing my account minus the two items I have not received £21) and will never use them again. No contact phone number anymore - chat a waste of time - numerous e-mails to get it cancelled - this company should not be allowed to trade as there is no phone number to speak to anyone and complain anymore.
Absolutely shocking
Save yourself the headache and don't order with this company. I have been a returning customer for many years, but never again. I decided not to open a credit account with them and just pay as I go, but the only way you can speak to anyone is if you have a credit account as they don't have a phone line and the live chat doesn't recognise your order number. I tried emailing and asked for their complaints procedure but this was refused and I was told someone would contact me. I am still waiting!

Awful company - Avoid
Ordered an air fryer in august that got delivered but not to our shipping address, so we never got our item as Evri is an awful delivery company. Some random person is now enjoying our goods.
Contacted studio about this and they agreed to refund our money within 5-7 days as they had failed to deliver the goods to the correct address. It’s now October and I have still yet to be refunded. There is no contact number to discuss this you can only email and every email either gets ignored now or I’m told my query has been passed on to the relevant department that will look into it but never hear anything back.

Ordered product 4 weeks ago arrived today wrong product. Was sent. The product i ordered was wee bit dearer than the product i got today. Asked if they refund the difference as the product i ordered was out of stock now happy to keep what arrived. As it was going to cos me to send it back wouldnt pay the difference so now out of pocket. Never had problems with studio 24 after this order prob wont buy anything else from them as its out side company who supplys to studio 24 there mistake

Have used this company for years and was always satisfied. Now no customer service. Ordered items worth £17. Plus post and packaging £4.99. They delivered part of order worth £3.50 and cancelled rest of order which meant I would have had to pay £4.99 on top. Now had to pay £3 to return item. Used to be able to talk to customers service but just computers now. Won't be using again.

Terrible customer services
Terrible customer services. I ordered 7 items and received an email the next morning cancelling 5! I tried to get hold of them to cancel the whole order as I am not happy paying £5 P&P on 2 small items. I emailed, rang and facebook messaged and no got back to me and then spoke to that stupid chat robot who was absolutely no help! So annoyed and will not be using studio again. They find it impossible to speak to anyone when you need too. Just want your money I suppose!!

They are the worst company we have ever used, trying to to use track my order only to find my last order was in July total nonsense i know cannot trace an undelivered order. Avoid like the Plague

Awful experience.
I received an email saying personal data had been changed. As per the email, I rang them and they said they would reset the account. They didn't. Obviously I could not log in as my details were changed by someone else. They were rude and arrogant on the phone during every call over a 2 month period.
I never received the response to my complaint by letter. They insisted this eas the only way they could deal with the matter.
They lost a loyal customer after 30 years and didn't care. I was made to feel that I had done something wrong.
My wife has today had the same experience.

Year by year they have lowered my DD. I set up £50 and they have put it down to £10. My account log in stopped working, I called them and still didn't work. I have been trying to make a payment in full and its been so hard to get into contact with them. None of their numbers work. I spoke to someone on webcam he would take 5 mins to reply to 1 message. Half hour later he said I need to go back to studio website and take it from there. Ridiculous
