Worst airline in the world! Flight delayed more than 5 hours! With this reason we missed our flight back home! Scandalous!

First of all - you were only allowed 10 kg checked in luggage... For me that is basically carry on. Second - can only agree with other reviews delays in every step - even the check-in was ridiculously slow. Incoming flight was delayed by 10 minutes but then the delays were building up. Air plane was fully boarded still we were waiting more than 30 minutes for take off - then in total 1 h delayed. Arrived at Jakarta Airport and then it took 15 minutes before connecting to gate. And then an additional wait for the luggage for 30 minutes. Totally un-acceptable. My layover time in Jakarta (same terminal as my connecting flight) of 2 hours and 35 minutes was not enough. Almost missed my connecting flight. NEVER AGAIN! Do your self a favour and stay away from this Air line!

Terrible - flight delayed multiple times which meant we missed our connection. They even let passengers on who were on another flight which delayed us further. Avoid this airline if you can

What a nightmare, first flight was 1 1/2 hours late and the second was 2 1/ hours late. Never again, I left 3 hours between flights and it wasn’t enough. The staff are trained to play dumb and ignore you. The website is designed to ignore you . They damaged our luggage, and we missed our next plane, so I don’t know how to get my money back, they have No conscience to help you,

I would say it’s a shit airline go for other options
My flight is 3 time delayed and when I asked to the staff they are like “ you can cancel if you want” this is there service

I flyed with SAJ on the 20 aug, from yogya tò lombok. 2 hours delay without any prior notice. Cannot give 0 star because flight was ok and airplane not so dirty, but Who knows about safety?!?!?

It's the worst company I ever used......... delay each time!!!! When I'm choosing the flight I try to avoid superairjet really hard.

Its a shame you can’t rate these scammers with 0 stars. We booked a flight and without notice they rescheduled the flight leaving us stranded on Komodo Island. No refund because of “policies”. Do not book this airline and never use Airpaz as well as they are just as useless in this process. BE AWARE! Professional Scammers!

13,5 hours delay which ended in a cancellation. This is a warning and my personal experience.

On July 20th 2025 we planned to fly from Yogyakarta to Lombok. The flight was originally leaving at 17:15 and then the first message came - delayed until 20:50, after patiently waiting 3,5 hours already the next message came - delayed until 23:20. Then after waiting 3 more hours a staff member from Super Air Jet came to tell everyone that the flight is cancelled.

The discussion was getting heated and a lot of angry people joined the discussion with the staff member because everyone lost one night in their hotel they were supposed to check in at Lombok. In the end they came to a conclusion and gave everyone 2 options:

Option 1: Sleep and stay at the airport until the next day (6:50) and get 500.000 IDR compensation.

Option 2: The staff organized a nearby hotel for the passangers where they could stay until the next day (6:50) and don‘t receive the 500.000 IDR compensation.

All in all at least we got a compensation but another problem for tourists was, the staff could not speak English very well so the communication was very hard and some passengers were left clueless.

We tried to not listen to the reviews and still booked with Super Air Jet but if you want to get to your destination on time you probably should not book with Super Air Jet. I put 2/5 stars because the flight was okay and at least they tried to make it up to you with a 500.000 IDR compensation and organizing a hotel for the passangers.

Not even 1 star worthy.

Delay until the next day, so more than 12 hours. It's a disgrace!

I would not recommend flying with this Airline. Flight number changed shortly before flying and the staff was super fussy about the weight limit of just 15 kg (except of the standart 20kg and has now only 10 !). They even took them off an repositioned the bags in multiple different ways until they found the one which would squeeze the most money out of us....

Als je een strakke planning hebt en zekerheid wilt: vlieg niet met deze maatschappij. Wij hadden een vlucht die oorspronkelijk 12:05 moest vertrekken en we zijn uiteindelijk 15:30 begonnen met boarden. Wij hadden alle reviews al gelezen en wisten van de reputatie, dus wij waren voorbereid op vertraging/annulering.

Worst airline ever, change schedule without mail. Ruined my trip

The worst airlines ever! Trust me. Don’t fly with it, super delay eventhough there were flights every hour, and all were delayed! I better take flight to the next day rather fly with it.
