I booked a flight via booking.com and wanted to change the date. The website offers this when on their manage bookings site, however no matter which browser, credit card information, etc I tried the change does not go through. Has a sketchy touch to it to enter credit card information and get to a blank page with no sign of error message nor a confirmation. Tried to contact customer service but seems like they dont really understand English and do not provide any help whatsoever. Very disappointing, 120€ down the drain.
Flight delayed 3+hours
Flight delayed 3+hours, no information, even with asking multiple times at the staff. Misinformation on the boarding bord, last call at another gate, multiple times, when asking the information was incorrect and we just had to wait and see. No reason why it was delayed other than your flight time has been moved, they told is that 3 diffent times with 3 different flying time, each time an hour later.
I would not recommend flying with this organisation. Very poor/non-excisting communication. Delay after delay after delay. And is is not that cheap. I still paid +/-200 euros for a 2 hour flight. Better pay a little more, somewhere else, for more trust.

Simply a useless airline that DOESN’T fly its advertised schedule. My flight cancelled 7 times in 10 days. How is that a functioning airline??

Horrible experience with this airline…
Horrible experience with this airline which is associated with the Lion Air group. First of all, they canceled my flight without even sending a proper notice about it, I had to find out by accident and follow up with them to clarify. Then I had to message multiple times with customer support to even issue a refund which then took 2 weeks to confirm, and in the end, they told me it would take 60 working days!!! to refund the money to my local Indonesian bank account. What a scam, they are holding back my money although it's their fault to cancel the flight... I'm outraged and will never book with them again!

I booked a flight through booking.com for this airline. I want to change the date of travel and if it is not possible I want a refund. But the response I got was that they can't do anything because I booked from booking.com. Really bad airline
I just want to warn you
I just want to warn you, as I was not able to find enough reviews before booking. Flight delayed for 2 h, sat 5,5 hours on the plane wothout any drinks. I KL they also take your drinks right before boarding. So totaly with immigration and time before boarding, maybe 7 hours no water. That is really not human. I asked for water as I needed to take medicine, I offered to buy. they gave me a glass of water but it was smelling strongly like perfume.
They do not have any kind of drinks or food on board. Not for free and not for sale.
Flight delayed for 2 hours. We had to wait on board. They just casualy said sorry, we will be late, as we wait for another flight to arrive.
The staff was really friendly, but they behaved very unprofessional. They were very merry, laughed a lot and had a lot of fun amongst themselves. that is really nice, but not on a flight. I started to ask myself if they do the safety checkes also in such unprofessional, fun way. Was happy nothing happend. Also because they they were so loud during the whole time, laughing loud, chatting, I could not use the time to sleep, coming from Europe and traveling already long time.
If it would have been a bar, it would have been fun, but it was a flight...
The only advantage was they did not even weight the luggage :). But the check in was also chaotic. I went from check in to the gates, but was stopped and sent back by the airport staff, saying I was to late to reach the gate. I had to get a airline staff they aid. So I ran back to check in, they were really relaxed and sent me to another counter. Where I met other relaxed staff who walked me to the airport staff. I ran for my life to the gate, just to wait 2 hours in the airplain without food or water. I mean they could have said at check in I need to hurry, as the gate is far away. They could also have said we will depart late, so I could get some food.
Reservation bad, flight perfect
A lot of problem before the flight (cancellations, rescheduling, etc), but finally the flght was perfect in timing, services, assistance.
After buy, check your flight info erodically on the website to avoid surprises.
