Super Silent Discos Ltd Opiniões

Great communication throughout, quality product and at a reasonable price.

Very easy to deal with and nothing seemed too much trouble.

Had a great party with the silent disco equipment. It was so easy as delivered to my home and then took straight to the post office with a label they gave me. You can also get it picked back up from your home but I wasn't at home after the party. Had the best birthday ever. Would highly recommend super silent disco and will use again.

Loved it! The most social antisocial activity ever! Great party, entertaining from ages 10 to 60 - everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves

The super silent disco arrived on time, clean and well packaged. We tested it straight away and realised one of the cables to connect a device to a transmitter didn’t work. As instructed we sent a text message immediately to inform the company of this, who promised to send out a replacement cable. This never arrived which was disappointing. It is now 3 weeks since our silent disco party and despite the company having confirmed they have received the return of all items in good condition we still haven’t had the security deposit returned which again is disappointing.

We had a super time with the super silent disco, but all communication was brilliant too. Great service and would definitely recommend

So easy to use and excellent communication. Delivery was simple as was returns. Will use again.

The service we got was absolutely brilliant, posted the equipment to us on the day they said and everything was great no problems at all

This is a brilliant set up! All worked well and we were surprised how good a silent disco was for our birthday celebrations. The deposit was a little slow in returning but other than that, everything was great. Thank you. We can't wait to use you again.

Super silent disco offered a great service and package. Will definitely use again.

Great experience for our Christmas party! Will be hiring again for sure!

We hired 25 headsets for a Girlguiding event .
The girls loved them. Would hire again.
Well packaged and delivered on time.
Thanks

Many thanks to Vicky and Ryan. They made the hiring process so simple. Great communication, easy to follow instructions and simple to set up. The inclusion of an MP3 player prefilled with party favourites was a real bonus. The tech worked great and fun was had by all!

Fantastic communication
Delivery and collection so easy
Every body loved it

First time using this company and it was made so easy from the start, good communication, easy to change order, delivery on time, well packed, good instructions and all worked really well. Also good value for money.

Contact Vicky earlier in the year enquiring about a Christmas Party requirement.
Quick and accurate response on all questions.
Required 40 headphones but ordered 50 ( a little overkill, but better safe than sorry and the price difference minimal). Arrived 3 days before Party date giving time to practice setting up at venue and ensuring all headphones worked, which the did( ok all but one)
Had a little panic on party day setting up with the transmitters, but a quick phone call and all sorted.(Set up instructions have since been updated)
Absolutely Fantastic service and Great Party, if you order you and your party will not be disappointed.
Just the return process to complete, will update when completed.

Very clear communication, a great price, friendly staff and, most importantly of all, a great fun product that gave us a super party!

Vicky and her team provided us with 22 headsets for my daughter’s 9th birthday party. They sent them a week in advance so we had to time to learn how to set them up and make our play lists - we even squeezed in a family celebration too.

A super fun party. Thanks!

We had a fantastic time. Delighted with the easy to use equipment and helpful instructions. We had adults and teens so the kids had their own channel! Delivery and collection was on time. Very reasonable price- all friends chipped in. Going to hire again soon for a roller disco!

Our guests had a fabulous time at our silent disco. I cannot recommend Super Silent Discos highly enough! Great communication from Ryan and Vicky, throughout booking, queries, delivery and collection. Superb service!

Experience great from ordering, delivery and contact answered promptly when I had an enquiry.
Swift return of deposit also when equipment was returned.
Adult party and my guests loved it! I had a room away from the food an chat so people popped back and forth

So easy to arrange - they forgot to send 2 mp3 players but send them out efficiently the next day. We had such a good evening with these celebrating a big family birthday. Highly recommended
