PSA : alerte watch out for this company if you never used this company don’t start, you will regret it this is fraud only online app they made this just to scam people they are not what they claim they are , they don’t send money no where if they get your money you will never get it back n ur reception will never be able to pick up , all these good rates above these are them they come make a good rate about them acting like it’s a customer, I know all they names n I seen few of the names here on the rate above, I sent money to Guinea they told all set I sent my brother to go pick up , the stranfer code was fake , he never received the money, I contact them every day they telling bs , they working on it , the crazy part I told them to cancel it n send me my money back Still they telling tomorrow it’s will be paid I guess tomorrow still ain’t reached after 5 days smh I’m so disappointed, I hope they all root in jail for scamming people money weirdo’s

Until now I was always happy about using Supersonicz. The prices are good and the company was reliable. But this seems to be changed. Last time I cancelled a transaction and I didn't get the money back. The customer service always told me, that the refund would be out, but it never reached to my bank account. Money business relies on confidence. I don't trust this company anymore.

they said they paid my money to receipient but they never received it. they dont respond on chat. Support team is here to help from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm GMT, Monday to Friday. Customer Support No +44 777 676 4278 (first time i have seen switched off mobile number for any support)

DONT USE THIS APP! Their customer service is the worst I have seen ever. Just robotic replies telling you please wait please wait. Also their phone number is not working and they will not provide any working phone number. Also it took time to transfer the money. I will never use this app again. I send them my driving license and they kept asking me "send a clear photo of your passport" for what? Never in my life I will send picture of my passport to these people.

Scammers keep off. They will intentionally deliver your first and second transfer to the Reciever. Then after some time they will hold your money on compliance hold for and tell you to submit documents. After the documents are sent to them it will take almost 21 days and still tell you to be patience for transfer is still on hold( while moneygram and western Union doesn’t hold transfer not even up to 4 days). Later when you request for refund they will tell you to contact your bank and let your bank refund the money to you. The same thing happened to a friend of mine, I thought it was a joke and I tried using their service. I made a transaction on supersonic on the 26th may, the blocked my account but don’t want to refund my money back to my bank account. I contacted them several times and they told me I should tell my bank to refund me my money because they can’t refund money. I made the transfer to the same reciever once and it went through. The next one they told me my account has been closed but it’s 10 days now and my money hasn’t been refunded back to my bank account. I contacted them and one Mr. Moses told me I should contact my bank to refund me my money while the money was deducted from my account the same day I paid the transfer. The money is with this so called Supersonicz but telling me to let my bank refund it to me. What a scam. This website is being operate by scammers and hackers. Be warned.
