Supersonicz seems to be a fraud
Supersonicz seems to be a fraud. I tried to transfer 1000 € for a poor friend in Gambia, but it never arrived. Supersonicz put it on "Compliance Hold", asking to upload a valid ID, which I did right at the registration, and repeated when being asked again. I also sent it via WhatsApps as they requested. I added a driving license. Nothing changed. They put me in a loop.
Update: 25 March 2023:
The so-called customer support of Supersonicz has the transaction still on "Compliance Hold". They asked me again and again to provide a photo ID, which I did again and again. But nothing changed. Then I asked to pay back the money. The promised to do so within 3-4 working days. They did not.
The answer of them hereunder is totally just a misleading fake. If not, dear "Supersonics", please just pay me back my 1000 € right-away!

Supersonicz is a complete unserious fake and fraudulent money transfer merchant ,on the 4th and 5th May I made a 11 transaction of 8,425 euros to my family through Supersonicz, they held my money and refused to transfer the money my family, they then told me they’re legal department called compliance hold requested my 3 months bank statement, residence permit, 6 months salary slip, picture of me and my WhatsApp number for video call verification and I provided all that they asked so one week of calling and giving them pressure to send my money they’ve log me out of the application and when I call and they know that it’s me they hang up immediately, I will do everything to get my money back , every social media app will know about this fake fraudsters Supersonicz with the screenshots evidence that I have , I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this fake fraudsters if you value your hard earned money

Worst money transfer service ever!!
They held onto money I sent to my husband and didn't notify me that he didn't receive it. I followed up a week later and they asked for extra documentation. I demanded a refund which I got 4 days later. But since I used them I now have issues when I use my credit card with my bank. I believe they had the bank flag my card for suspicious activity since I refused to send more documents and demanded the refund. No worries, my bank is working with me now. Avoid these scammers at all costs. They're not worth all the issues you'll have after you've used them.

Still no response from customer care
Still no response from customer care.
It´s now over 1 month since i tried to send 4 transactions.
They where all put on compliance hold. After 1 week where they where asking for documentation for the validity of the transaction they where canceled and I was supposed to get the money back.
After more than 3 weeks the money hasn´t arrived yet. There is no response from customer care. Emails are also not answered and that´s the same on WhatsApp. They read the message but take no action.
Don´t use this service if you value your hard earned money. If something goes wrong they won´t solve the issue.
Customer care is not responding and Emails are not answered. I just have to wait another month and then complain to the financial ombudsman.

Supersonicz is the worst company there is. I have been using them to wire money for a long time now. I introduce it to all my friends in Austria. Anytime I pay with my credit card, it is booked twice. I got fed up and spoke to my bank. They told me Supersonicz is responsible which I believe because it only happen when I make a paying to Supersonicz using my credit card. I sent them an email, got no reply, I called customer service, they hang up on me and refused to reply my WhatsApp message. Am done with this company and won’t it recommend anyone else
