4 days money not transferred very disappointed with their service and phone number they provided blocked one, please refund my money ASAP

Hi guys i hope you all are good.
Last Friday i sent money to my sister account.i uploaded my residency card for my varification.but after 1 days they start asking card issuance letter which is not normal none other transfer companies ask you card details.after i asked for cancellation and refund since 3 days they are saying cancellation request sent to cancellation department ,ready for collection etc .it is so strange.more ever all of their customers service phone numbers are invalid and fake.only 1 phone is ringing but after few minutes it's hang up automatically.there is. NO one to help you.from my opinion please don't send you money it's a scam.i will go in police cyber crime and customer consumer court against and will complain against them.thanks you all and avoid to send money

I can't send money through supersonicz for the past weeks

Ive send € 1000 to The Gambia. The reciever could not get it. Supersonicz told me its on hold, but not how to solve it, despite many requests by e-mail. Than i did request the money back, but never got it. Their communication sucks. After a call they could still not make clear what the problem is. Again I did ask my money back. Stilll not got it. Im waiting for 3 weeks now. Its frustrating. The 1000 is ment for 2 water wells.
Supersonicz is untrustrable.
It took a long time and many contacts bud finally I've got my money back.
