Good windows, Poor install
This process of having all new windows and doors started in March 25. They "installed" in August, three months later than promised. This was after we chased them. Its now mid November and I am having to get an outside contractor to finish the installation. The windows/doors are of a high quality but the installation on two of the biggest windows is below par. I complained to the original workmen who installed them and was told that it cant be fixed. After email tennis, two more senior installers came out and inspected. Hey presto the same men who installed originally returned and repaired what they said couldn't be repaired! Unfortunately being a Friday afternoon they just bodged the upstairs repair. Hence I am going to pay for another contractor to tidy it up. I cannot recommend this company unfortunately, If you are going to buy doors /windows for your whole house go and see some of the company you chose previous installs if possible. Do not believe all you read here or google. See for yourself. There are plenty to choose from.

Quality product both windows and doors…
Quality product both windows and doors being fully tested as we live on an exposed hilltop coastal location. Fitted on time and very efficiently. Fitters were polite and very tidy.

great people to deal with from start to finish, very easy, and happy to answer any questions, big or small. installer, Alan, was efficient, tidy and very polite. couldn't recommend highly enough. having dealt with other suppliers beforehand, we chose Sureseal on their service and haven't regretted it once.

Our Sureseal Doors and Windows Installation…
The Installation Team were friendly, professional, polite & courteous. I was impressed with how respectfully they treated our home's fixtures & furniture. They worked efficiently and left us 'all clean & tidy'. They installed our beautiful new windows/doors, front & back which have made a significant difference to us by way of warmth, insulation, aesthetic appearance & lower fuel bills, all of which were desperately needed. We're very happy & grateful 🙏🏻 plus we've also had quite a few compliments too. We would recommend them to others in a heartbeat because of the reasons listed above...

Sureseal windows offered a professional…
Sureseal windows offered a professional and friendly service from first contact. They came and visited quickly to do initial consultation and they were very easy to communicate with. The work completed was done by two very friendly and respectful fitters, who were efficient and tidy. I’d use the company again in the future should I need it.

If it looks’ smells & sounds dodgy’ then its dodgy
Sureseal came to give us a quote & we’re more than double the price of the previous company we had a quote from.
The chap who came who was there nearly 3 times longer than the one before was quite pushy with the sales pitch & talked down our previous quote by another company despite us not giving him the details of the company or the price quoted,
The whole visit was a waste of time’
But what triggered the visit from Sureseal was an online pop up from a third party organisation called eco funding solutions who apparently give discount supported by government discounts.
We saw no evidence of this as we were never told the price would be A: but because of the government aid it will now be B:
When we asked about this he said the £6000+ price quoted included the discount’ when we asked what percentage count that was he couldn’t answer & so we parted ways.

We’ve looked into this carefully but don’t have any record of a quotation or home visit under your name — it may have been booked under a partner’s name instead. As we can’t locate you as a customer, this platform is the only way we can respond personally.
Our quotes are always computer-generated, not handwritten, and we don’t use high-pressure sales tactics; our aim is simply to give clear, accurate information so people can make an informed choice.
We understand prices can vary depending on product quality, specification, and installation standards, but we’re always happy to provide a detailed breakdown to help with a fair comparison.

Excellent service…
The windows and doors are excellent quality. The fitters were very good, polite and efficient. One of the doors was a bit sticky after a couple of weeks and they came straight out and sorted it.

This company is top tier
This company is top tier. I found them through a Facebook advert and honestly at first I was wary because anyone can advertise on SM. However I am so so glad I found them! Sean did an absolutely sterling job and I would reccomend them to anyone. We had all windows and doors replaced and I cannot thank them enough fir such a wonderful job.
