James the fitter was great 👍
From the start to finish this company were amazing.
From Jordan who gave us price, the surveyor I think him name was Rob sorry can't remember. Richard in the office was great phoning and emailing to keep us up to date of the going ons. But most of I would like to thank James the installer who worked his nuts off fitting 3 windows and a new front door. He was polite and we had a bit of good banter with him. He was very professional and cleaned up after him. He did a marvellous job and finish to both door and windows.
We are very pleased with the outcome and quality of our items I will definitely recommend sure seal windows ltd.
P.s tell James run out of sausage buttys.

Sean and James were brilliant, really enjoyed having them around. They were polite, helpful and professional. They cleaned up after themselves several times a day and did an excellent job. Fantastic company, trustworthy and wouldn't go anywhere else. Brilliant aftercare service and they're happy to come out again if required under the warranty. Nothing is too much trouble for them. We received a superb service from all at Sureseal. They were very Professional & provided a fantastic service from start to finish. We were visited, talked about what they could provide for us. Richard dealt with the arranging & Malcolm & Jamie ( contractors) were brilliant. Very trustworthy, & professional. The workmanship was 2nd to none. Throughout, they treated our home with the highest respect whilst carrying out the installation. The standard & quality of the installation and workmanship from start to finish was the best! We would recommend these guys and Sureseal to anyone thinking of using them. Thank-you so much everyone involved. You’re the best!

Sureseal were absolutely brilliant during and afterwards!
Sureseal were absolutely brilliant. They weren’t pushy at all at point of quoting, the gave me every option and figure I needed with zero pressure to make a decision. No nagging sales calls. I was ridiculously picky about everything I wanted, when they arrived I thought the door was the wrong colour & nothing was too much to have everything double checked. 1 year later the front door had dropped as expected whilst settling, they sent someone straight out to fix it. The install team were courteous & kept everything clean. Brilliant communication, brilliant products & brilliant service!

We had a great experience having our windows and door fitted with Sureseal!
The first day of the fitting, they were very prompt on their arrival and worked throughout the day non stop!
Same the following day, bringing all the work to a close, there wasn't a spec of mess left from them. We were very impressed with the quality of the products too! Few years on, everything's solid and still looks brand new!

The whole process with Sureseal from initial query to final installation was very straightforward with no surprises.
A really professional installation, Sean was both polite and efficient during the installation of windows and doors ensuring the home was left clean at the end of each days install.
