I purchased my Vauxhall Crossland from Sutton Park Kia. Aaron the Sales Rep was extremely helpful. He got me a good price for the vehicle I part exchanged. Also when I reported some minor issues with the paintwork he got the car booked in & the work was carried out swiftly. Thank you Aaron.

We went to Kia Sutton Coldfield seen Aaron who was very professional, very knowledgable we told him what we was looking for also price wise, he done us a really good deal picked the car up a week ago, we are really happy with it, Aaron is really friendly and very polite also very helpful explained every thing on the car to us how it all worked , excellent service from Aaron

Many thanks in particular to Aaron who was key in making the whole experience so simple and efficient. From the point I first went into the showroom, Aaron was extremely polite, friendly and most helpful. Answered all of my questions in an instant and made the decision making process much easier.

From the point of ordering my new vehicle, I was told 2-3 weeks and it arrived in less than 10 days. Aaron was available over e-mail to answer the multitude of queries that I had, and provided excellent service in terms of customisation of the vehicle even at late notice in terms of extras.

Would highly recommend this branch of Kia Sutton Coldfield if you are looking to purchase a vehicle from this brand of motor, and I am really happy with my purchase - my first EV!!

Great service received from the service department at Sutton Park Stourbridge. Was kept informed from the time my car was booked in. Driver collected and delivered my vehicle back to me. My only criticism is the washing of the car. As lovely as a complimentary wash is, due to it not being wiped dry I'm left with dry water marks which makes it look dirtier than before it went in. I also have a mark left on my dash from what looks like a rag. I will attempt to clean it off myself and if not cleaned off I will contact the garage. But apart from that lovely staff, friendly and helpful. Saleman who sold it me Neb was amazing, and the service staff on my first visit. A lovely video from the technician explaining what he had done to my car that day. Definitely recommend.

Amazing service from James Lowry at Renault Perry Barr. I went in to look for another car after mine was written off. Wasn't actually sure what I was looking for but it had to be big and high enough for my disabled sister and mother. After an informative chat with James (no pressure at all) we decided to go for the Renault Captur. The deals and aftercare are well worth the money. I pick my car up in the next couple of weeks. I contacted Sutton park Warwick for a security code, Colin took the time to find it for me, such a relief as driving can be boring without music, so refreshing to have a problem solved with patience,even though it did not result in a sale. Thanks Colin

The car I purchased needed a few jobs doing to the bodywork and Ethan made sure everything was done smoothly. He went out of his way to get all the jobs done to a high standard. Ethan even let me use his works car so that I didnt have a small courstey car due to work commitments. He truly is a great salesman I'd definitely recommend booking Ethan to help you look for a car... AA+

Purchased an immaculate vehicle from the Warwick Renault garage and from start to finish, my customer journey cannot be faulted.

I first made contact with the group last week, and though I opted to collect the car this week, the purchase was completed within a couple days of my initial contact.

Gavin King was the sales executive who took onus of this sale and I could not have asked for anyone better.

He was honest, clear, professional, not forceful, knowledgeable and most importantly, he was an all round good guy and you could tell that a mile off.

Gavin is a credit to the company and I have no doubt the courtesy he extended to me and my family will be the same he extends to you and yours or you alone.

Ordered a Kia Sportage on October for delivery in January and was told I would be regularly updated starting with a date on which the car would go into production. But now, in late January I have not received any news, except that there is no news and, except for one occasion, only when I have contacted the dealership. Even now, I don't think it has been scheduled for production.

So I have cancelled the order and guess what, even that has not been acknowledged.

I may as well not have bothered. Bye-bye Kia

Matt in Burton made the sale painless and went over and above to give a good deal, Even when the little issue of an alloy refurb wasnt up to standard, no problem, pop it back when you can and we'll have another go! Just waiting on my service history to turn up now.

I had a problem with my Dacia Duster key fob and there were issues with the activation code for my new key. But Lee, the service manager at Sutton Park Stourbridge, came up with an alternative solution and solved the problem for me.

Great company Sutton park motors made you feel welcome and very trust worthy the sales executive (Dan Clarke) was very helpful and went through every detail, great commutation from start to finish within getting the car, keeps you updated and always happy to answer emails or any questions you have.
