Excellent Customer Service from Sweaty Betty
I was trying to order an item that was coming up as a sale Item in the colourway I wanted but when I went to checkout it was putting it in as full Price. Charlotte C in the Help Centre on-Line chat was really helpful, looked into this for me and manually changed my order to reflect the sale price. Old man rant
So, my parcel was not delivered even having paid for next day delivery! The driver missed the industrially large post box that is delivered to several times a day as my wife is an Amazon addict! I am a grumpy middle aged man that internet shops annually at the eleventh hour before my wife's birthday, due to my Hades depth hatred of internet shopping. This is obviously my fault for leaving it to the last minute but still I managed to have a rant at any passer by that did or indeed did not want to listen. Poor Amy at your online thing patiently listened to my rants for several lines. She then sorted me out with her can do attitude and even sent me an apology to send onto my wife even though this is not you it is your delivery service that has crossed me and I will damn until eternity! Thank you Amy for being so patient and professional. Because of your help I may well be out of the dog house as early as next Easter. All the best and keep up the good work,

The worst customer service for many…
The worst customer service for many years. No reply to emails and cut off by agent after they insisted the parcel was delivered. It wasn’t and they can’t provide a photo to illustrate that it was.

Deceptive trading practices - avoid
I purchased multiple items during a sale and didn't receive any update on my order for 2 weeks. When I contacted Sweaty Betty they claimed to have lost my order and they cancelled the order. I was told I could order again from the website where the items were now listed at full price. I was eventually refunded after multiple weeks. This company has zero trading standards and I will not be purchasing from them again.

Lovely Leggings
I ordered 4 pairs of leggings last week, the order came nice and quick which was fantastic.
Legging quality is great, although noted a seam unravelling in one pair. I got on to customer service chat, and within 5 mins, Sara had my problem resolved. It was a great experience.

Terrible quality Purchased the power ultra sculpting…
Purchased the power ultra sculpting size Small as it stated size 10 firstly there paper thin and I'm worried I'll put my finger through the material pulling them on, secondly no sculpting at all apart from the extremely thick size 6 waistband that strangles you ... I'm a size 8 and the bands way too small. Legs fit however wished I'd saved my money and bought £10 ones from Primark. So sad and let down as my super sculpts were amazing quality. Sweaty Betty what an earth is going on you're letting your customers down badly.

Terrible customer service
I have been trying to return some clothing for a refund from Sweaty Betty but it is proving impossible. They are extremely slow in response to my queries and have stated that my order is connected to an email address that I have no knowledge of. They are quoting GDPR and say that if I can't give the correct email address, they are unable to assist. This is despite providing them evidence of my order, i.e. the order number, date of purchase, delivery address, and payment made. I have now spent many hours trying to resolve this issue. There is no phone number, just a computer generated 'chat' option that is useless so I am using email to communicate but they are taking weeks to respond. It actually feels like a scam. I have given them a final request for help and if they don't provide a returns label in the next 2 weeks, I will take them to the small claims court. Please avoid this business if you value your time and money.

Appalling customer services
My parcel was delivered to the wrong address. The courier did not communicate with me. Sweaty Betty said i had to track it down myself despite my contract being with them. I was working away and so was unable to do this. I am now going to claim a cash back through my credit card. Appalling customers services.

Horrendous service
Ordered a week ago no updates. Then delivery driver sent a photo of him holding the package outside my house and claimed he’d delivered it to the inside porch but there is no indoor porch neighbours don’t have it and it’s not on my property so I don’t have my order and can’t get through to customer services definitely won’t be ordering again and will be telling others not to very disappointing huge waste of money

Order pending
Order pending - no updates. Checked in for support, had to wait 30min for a customer service representative. Not overly helpful - they confirmed order lost in transit. When asking for further support in alternative options, they ended the chat and sent me this survey to do, leaving my situation unresolved and me unsatisfied with no products that I originally ordered.

I placed an order with Sweaty Betty on the 24/9 on the 30th I contacted the company as the carrier had still not received my order, I was told that the they were still within the time frame for delivery which expire on the 6/10? It's a long time to be waiting for a pair of leggings
