If you expect basic communication or customer service, avoid this company at all costs. My wife spent two years trying to get a response from them through every avenue possible, with zero success. Because we urgently needed a spare part, we finally managed to force our way through via relentless calling and emailing, eventually paying for a replacement door front.
They gladly took our money and promised an order confirmation that afternoon. Unsurprisingly, it never arrived. Now that they have our funds, they have gone completely silent and are actively ignoring our follow-ups.
Taking a customer’s money and then ghosting them is utterly unacceptable. This entire ordeal has caused my wife immense, unnecessary stress. They are quick to take your cash, but completely MIA when it comes to delivering what you paid for.

In the package was missing handles, screws and corner cover for plinth and even manual!
We sent multiple emails, tried to call(no one is responding). Awful customer service, right now I do understand such poor reviews on website…waste of money and time.

Like a lot of people in new builds, we ended up with a Roundel kitchen through Bellway. We thought making a few small changes after moving in would be straightforward. We couldn’t have been more wrong.
Dealing with them has been utterly painful from start to finish. The whole setup feels designed to make you give up rather than actually help you. Every conversation becomes another wall of disclaimers, caveats, and excuses.
The ridiculous part is they already have the full kitchen plans, dimensions, and original design they signed off themselves, yet still refuse to guarantee supplied units will fit. No measuring service, no installation service, no accountability, no refunds. Apparently everything is your risk, even when they already know exactly what was installed in the house.
Almost every email reads less like customer service and more like something written by their legal department. Endless lines about using a “competent tradesperson” and how they “accept no responsibility” for anything. It’s honestly bizarre behaviour from a company supposedly selling fitted kitchens.
There’s clearly demand for a proper aftercare service because I would gladly have paid for someone to simply handle the whole thing properly. Instead, it’s obstacle after obstacle until you eventually realise they have absolutely no interest in helping existing customers.
In the end we’ve just accepted the kitchen as-is and will replace it entirely in the future. I genuinely don’t understand how they think this is good business, but I assume the volume they get through housebuilders means they simply don’t care once the developer has paid them.

Purchased a new build property and need to order some extra / replace items to configure to our liking. However, you can’t speak to anyone over the phone and they do not respond to your enquiry form online. Can so one please get in touch so I can can order the items I require.

Moved into a new build a year ago, with the kitchen supplied and fitted by this outfit. The gap underneath the cupboards is littered with rubbish, empty packets, dust and debris, and the quality of the workmanship is terrible. I raised some snagging points with them. The contractor for Roundel came out, measured up the correct size for the replacement part, and went away. A month later it gets delivered and the guy comes back to fit it - the piece is exactly the same size as the part that was wrong the first time. So he takes it away and asks them to remake it.
Since then, I've had half a dozen missed appointments from Roundel. Their customer service team keeps assuring me that I'll get an afternoon appointment slot, as I'm not available in the mornings. Each and every time, I see them appear on my Ring doorbell at 9am. This has now gone done as me having "missed" too many appointments, despite them being five hours earlier than we agreed.
They now won't speak to me and insist any communication is done via the homebuilder I bought the house from. I was assured multiple times by email that my appointment time would be the afternoon of Friday 27th February. For the first time ever, I actually had a knock on the door in the afternoon - the only problem being that they came on Thursday 26th February when I wasn't available, and that is apparently my fault again.
Absolutely terrible workmanship, zero pride in the job, nonexistent customer service and an impossible challenge to get problems fixed. Hire Dave from Mybuilder who will fit an entire kitchen for £40, you'll probably get better products and service.
Bought a house and enquire regarding extra kitchen units sent me a brochure but getting them to email you back for after sales is totally bad I sent 4 plus last week and get totally ignored the after sales people to buy extra for a kitchen what’s purchased through this company and you Carnt ring as you get sent from pillar to post not happy

Had to buy addition to my fitted kitchen in new build as wanted to buy my own appliances absolutely appalling customer service from this company unable to talk to a real person everything done via email ended up with wrong unit and now having to pay for another unit if been able to talk order through with someone this would have been avoid don’t use these if at all possible

We purchased a new build house and safe to say our experience of this kitchen company is awful. Primary reason being the build quality and lack of production quality checks before issuing goods.
Today we had yet another delivery and installation of fault goods, better still damaging another bit of the kitchen while changing things.
Are we expecting too much by wanting brand new goods that arrive in perfect condition…
Perhaps visit / production number 6 will achieve a better result…

I purchased a kitchen cabinet from Roundel to add to our existing units.
We had an issue with the delivery date,
After getting in touch with the business manager (who was brilliant)
We eventually got things sorted.
From ordering, to delivery (apart from the hiccup) everything and everyone were very professional and I couldn’t be happier.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Roundel.

Bought a new build which had a Roundel kitchen in it but wanted to amend and add to it at a cost of £2.5k which is dearer than other companies we approached but to the colour and style we went with them so they matched.
Initially the ordering process was easy however when the units finally arrived more than half were scratched or damaged. This is due to multiple items being packed together and no protective film or protective paper.
They replaced the damaged items, however when the next batch arrived they were exactly the same.
Contacted Roundel and now we are now being ignored, so we now have a half finished kitchen and a garage full of damaged doors with no resolution in sight.
Not sure what the solution is but have lost any faith in the company - they are shocking!

Bought a new build with bellway and they use roundel kitchens. We have been in the property less than a year and have noticed swelling, bubbling and screws poking through the wood. They have refused to replace the cupboards because they state it’s water damage?! Laughable in a place like a kitchen where water and steam is in constant flow. Kitchen cupboards should be able to withstand this. I will be reporting you to trading standards and taking you to a small claims court. By the looks of the reviews here and on trust pilot there shouldn’t be an issue either. Dodgy, cheap, not fit for purpose!!!!

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Very poor craftsmanship. VERY POOR QUALITY MATERIALS!!!
Bubbles on the cabinets after 9 months—reported under warranty, replaced, and guess what? After another 9 months of regular use, the same thing happened again. Bubbles, bubbles, bubbles!!!
Reported it a second time, a guy came, took pictures, and in his report, he wrote that if it's not visible from 1 meter away, it's acceptable!!! SHOCKING!!!
And now what? A brand-new kitchen, and I have to replace everything at my own expense? I have never in my life seen bubbles appearing on cabinets after just 9 months!!! And I’ve had many kitchens in my life!!!
I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST this company!!! There are plenty of other, much better companies that use far superior materials for the same price!!! I do NOT recommend this one!!!
Unless, of course, you enjoy having problems!!!
