Great experience, Rizwan is a credit to BMW
Brought a used approved car from Maidenhead sytner BMW. I would say some of the best service I’ve been offered through a car dealership. From promptly responding to all my questions alongside a no hassle negotiation with part x values / car finance deals through catering to all of our specific requests, Rizwan is a credit to the used BMW team. Special mention to Bash also for getting the numbers to exactly where we wanted. Would defo recommend this BMW dealership specifically.

Worst service you could get from BMW…
Worst service you could get from a list of BMW Dealers! Will never buy from them.
Got recall letter on 2nd Nov 25, and after months and months of so many complaints calls, and arguments, gave me recall appointment in Nov 2026. They’ll try not to provide any service which would cost them regardless of how miserable the customers’ experiences or risk it bears. Even said, any other dealers would say the same but the other BMW dealer did a great job by letting us do online booking and kept their promise by fixing it on the same day.

Booked a 90 minute service
Booked a 90 minute service. Did opt for car wash but was hanging around for over 3 hours. Car was in the customer car park for nearly 15 mins before someone gave me my keys.
Also the booking was done via the app. All good and had a cost charge provided. When I got to the dealers this charge was almost £100 more. So queried it and told that the vehicle inspection is needed where they go through the codes and clear them as well as check the vehicle. I was taking it for a major service so why an additional check? Secondly if there was a code I probably would have it on my display as an alarm? I don't need people to tell me how much tread the tyres have or if the seat belts work. After all as a retired engineer with over 40 years driving experience. Also more than capable of using diagnostics tools for vehicles (if I could be bothered). I didn't need this additional charge and said so. To be fare to the dealer this was on the BMW procedure and not a dealer process. I did make this statement why I'm paying for something I already know and should be carried out in a major service and why over £90 to tell a computer that it was plugged in my car to turn off a diagnostic check in the car which I should or I don't need. To be fare to the dealer the cost was NOT wavered but they DID reduce it.
All the staff were very nice and professional. It's a shame the BMW process is to treat everyone as of they are dumb or stupid.
