Frustrated car buyer
Have contacted this company in an attempt to buy a car. Only get an automatic response from Sia their digital assistant. Would prefer to speak to a person to negotiate a reasonable part exchange value in the first instance. This would prevent a 180 mile round trip. The Sia digital assistant is frustrating, it provides annoying automated replies rather than addressing the questions. Two weeks down still haven’t heard from a person. I think a sales prevention team would do a better job. Sadly a sale opportunity missed.

Dear Mr Walker - I would like to apologise for the frustration caused by our digital assistant, Sia, and for the lack of personal contact regarding your enquiry, Sia is a very efficient AI bot that can answer all questions, at the point this is not the case or if requested Sia will pass on your detail and discussion topic to a member of our Team, Sia operates 24 hours a day to ensure any customer questions can be answered outside of normal working hours, i am sorry your experience was not what we would hope. I understand that we have made contact with you through Liam Jones, our Sales Manager, at this point and your Porsche RS60 Spyder was discussed as a potential part exchange. To move forward with the transaction, you required a valuation that was above the current market value. Whilst your vehicle is undoubtedly a rare and desirable example, we were unfortunately unable to meet your valuation expectations, I am naturally disappointed that we could not achieve the figure you were seeking. Please be assured that a part exchange forms an important part of the overall transaction, and it is never our intention to undervalue a customer's vehicle, as doing so would only hinder the opportunity to complete a successful sale / purchase. Joga is the man!
Joga is the man! For someone so new to the business, you honestly wouldn’t think it. He was knowledgeable, professional, and kind throughout the entire process of buying the vehicle. He kept me constantly updated via email and phone, made sure all previous MOT advisories were fully repaired, and even arranged a full valet and a bag of goodies. Absolute top man.
I would have rated Sytner 5 stars as well, however due to the brake light failing just an hour after collecting the car, I can’t quite give the full rating

Great Experience
We’ve been using this car dealership for many years. This time it was for my son’s first car. We had an exceptional welcome from Kips, his customer service and car knowledge helped make the process so easy. My son was over the moon with the car he purchased. Kips not only kept us informed, made my son’s experience special he took time to check in after the sale, fantastic!!
