Another great experience
As ever , very well looked after. A complimentary addition to my car which was a nice surprise . When I brought my car to review the problem I asked to purchase a paint sample - nothing to much as they obliged on a chip whilst I waited . Super happy.
Martyn keeps you updated throughout and he cannot do enough for you . Usual video check of car complimentary too . Thank you all . A big shout out for the ladies who serve me coffee all day too . Lesley

I was looked after by David Smith who was great, very knowledgeable and accommodating.
On my initial visit to Sytner, I was extremely dissatisfied. A lady in the sales team looked after us, she very impatient, didn’t follow up with anything she had promised and made me and my partner feel stupid for being there and not being ready to buy a car on the spot.
I was ready to take my business to other BMW dealers, but I spoke with Dave and he was great and really easy to arrange a deal with.

Great Place to get Your BMW Serviced
Had my BMW X5 50e serviced with its first two year service check and oil change, and all the work was carried out whilst I waited in the comfortable lounge area. I was kept informed of the progress and the car was washed and valeted before being returned to me, and as a bonus, the final cost was less than the estimated cost which was quite pleasing.

Ewan at Sytner Sheffield - excellent!
Everyone at Sytner Sheffield was excellent, but a special mention must go to Ewan who consistently went above and beyond. He has been super helpful - and super patient with us and our endless ‘how do I do…?’
From an initial phone call on a Friday, arranging the paperwork over the weekend, to coming up from Kent and picking the car up on a Sunday, Ewan somehow got it all together!
What a charming, polite but also extremely capable young man!

Came in to drop the car off to fix a fault. Had to wait 25 mins before someone came out of the office to see my partner to get the keys. Had agreed to meet with someone afterwards on collection of my car to discuss changing my car. Waited again for about 15mins no one showed, so we left. The stars are for the fact the fault got fixed on the car. But the customer service was lacking.

Connor from the start to finish was extremely professional, not only efficient but also very attentive in the details during our purchase process.
Working tirelessly to ensure we were informed and kept upto date ( even sending mails at 11:00pm)

Sytner Jaguar Land Rover…
Took my car to Sytner Jaguar Land Rover in Huddersfield to be repaired after it was delivered faulty from another dealer, Anya was very helpful in getting me a dealt with as quickly as possible, knew exactly what needed to be done, communicated with me, and was even able to get me in sooner as a previous job changed.
