Absolute disgrace.
I had a terrible problem to deal with which meant I had to put off work on bathroom. I made a mistake and bought a mono tap. Be aware these people have an unusually short returns policy 14 days. All I wanted to do was replace the one I had with correct fitting taps - this company would not let me do so. They are not reasonable or astute as just for swapping at no cost now they will lose £100s of pounds of my business as well as my plumbing friends who I’ve advised against them using as well as all the people who read this and realise it’s not worth the risk.
All this for not losing money and Dominga swap.
Clearly no business acumen.

Easy to order quick delivery

Twice in the past couple of months I've bought items convincingly described on a major internet website as 'genuine', only to find that they were poor quality counterfeits.

I next needed new cartridges for a Bristan tap, so I looked for a more dependable retailer. I came across Taps Empire listing "genuine Bristan" cartridges at a similar price to other retailers but with free 2-4 day delivery, so placed my order.

I expected to have to wait the best part of a week to receive the order but it was dispatched next business day for 24-hour delivery and I received it the following morning. And they were indeed 'genuine Bristan' parts.

A few days later I placed an order for another Bristan item, and it was again received within two working days. Both items were packaged in strong cardboard cartons.

I also found their website easy to navigate and the products described clearly.

Good prices. Next day delivery. Excellent service. Will definitely use again.

Absolute pleasure to liase with Mills from customer service team. TapsEmpire were there for me after the sale. When liasing with customer service after 2 toilets had marks the customer service team were incredibly quick to resolve without any hassle. Later, after unboxing, I discovered my bath was cracked. Even though it was 2 weeks after the order had been placed the team were rapid to sort it out and their supplier (who is also brilliant) provided a goodwill replacement with collection of damaged bath. Cannot complain as this is exactly the type of service that makes all the stress of bathroom construction a little less stressful. Not to mention their prices are spot on for many thing. Will be purchasing future bathrooms from TapsEmpire. I hope Mills can read this review as he has been a pleasure to liase with.
