Excellent product, shame about UPS!
Excellent products, excellent service, and good prices. I'm more than happy with my order and would certainly use Tarpflex again if the need arises.
The only downside was the courier (UPS)—the package arrived completely crushed, looking like the driver sat on it the whole way! Fortunately, Tarpflex packaged it so well that the heavy-duty gear inside wasn't damaged.

Great product
Great product, great price and delivered promptly. I bought a 6x5 200gsm tarp as a winter cover for my boat. Very impressed with the quality so far. We’ll see how it survives the winter storms!

Resposta da Tarpaflex
Hi Elizabeth,
We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience and understand your frustration with the time it took for your order to arrive. We would, however, like to clarify the delivery timeline and the steps we took to resolve this for you.
Your order was placed on 26th August on our 4–7 working day delivery service. With the Bank Holiday on 31st August, when you contacted us on 4th September, this was the 6th working day. At that point, the original parcel with Evri was showing as lost in transit.
As soon as we became aware of this, we arranged a replacement rather than asking you to wait for the missing parcel to be investigated. We also chose to send the replacement with a different courier, UPS, to try to avoid any further issues. Unfortunately, there were further delays in transit and the replacement was delivered on 10th September.
We appreciate how frustrating this delay must have been. However, once we became aware that the original parcel had been lost, we did everything we could to resolve the situation, including replacing the order and using an entirely different delivery company. It was extremely unfortunate that there were then delivery issues involving two separate couriers.
We were also sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the quality of the product. This is a product we are very confident in and one that we stand behind. With regard to the Amazon price mentioned, tarpaulins are available in different grades, weights and specifications, so a lower-priced product may not necessarily be a like-for-like comparison with the product you purchased from us.
We are sorry that the delivery did not go as smoothly as it should have and for any inconvenience caused, we hope this explains the steps we took to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Kind regards,
The Tarpaflex Team
