The item meets the quality indicated in the add, can't complain about the price because it is also difficult to find good ponchos in the market. The upside is fast ordering; the downside is the shipment timeline, is like a vanilla gelato that took 15 min to receive from the gelateria. Thanks

Good product good service

Due to a hiccup on the website two orders for the same request were issued and therefore I received double what I required and was charged twice. I contacted the help desk but was told that I could return one of the orders but I would have to pay for the privilege. As this was not my fault I feel I have been unfairly treated and will not be using this company again. As I do not sit at a computer all day or carry a phone permanently i was unaware of the duplicate order until the postman arrived with the packages.

A quick phonecall to a knowledgeable person confirmed that they were the new leather version, not the old nubuck that I was keen to avoid. Ordered size 4, and received them just 48 hours later.
