Great product with an ever expanding feature set! Although there is a lot of documentation, it is still lacking in a few areas, like asp.net core. I find that I often have to figure out a solution by using the JQuery and/or Ajax docs.
The support is very good.

My experience with Progress Telerik has been a partnership and an adventure in learning Blazor and building an application rich in visual controls that give my end user a sensible easy to use and smooth flowing application. Telerik products work and are easy to use even for someone like me new to web development with c#. On top of that, Blazor is a new way of doing things in the browser and a major shift in technology. Telerik support didn't just give me tools to sit on the new architecture. They helped me understand Blazor and gave me examples to bring to light so many things that are not their responsibility. I've been in IT for 30 years and never experienced a company so committed to helping me be successful. My success is their focus. I know that.

Telerik products have done exactly as they claim to do. The biggest reason for the 5 stars is the exceptional support staff. Always respond in a timely manner and always give clear concise information.

controls behave differently in classic and lightweight mode

I've used the Kendo jQuery Telerik component library for the last five years and absolutely love it. I use an ASP.NET MVC backend but all the client-side is written as a SPA using Kendo JQuery and their mobile framework. Their grid supports offline which allows my app to work when my users are in the field and in a basement or somewhere without an internet connection.

I just finished a complex report that has 6 subreports and multiple charts and photos using the Telerik Reporting and am amazed at how flexible and powerful it is. I use a firebird DB and the Telerik support team showed me how to get the standalone report designer to work with it. They were also extremely helpful in showing me how to use JSON data sources that allow my backend to format to use multiple sources to create a class and convert it to JSON. My windows app can now request the Report via a HTTP and get me one step away from a proprietary reporting system that only worked in a windows app.

I'm now going to use the Report Book feature of Telerik Reporting to allow my users to select multiple reports they want to combine and send to their customers.

I've had wonderful support and love their products. I will be a customer for many years to come.

Telerik has a great set of diversified components covering most usual needs of business applications. The same component can be used in a JSP and in a front-end framework (Angular, Vue...). The grid, specifically, is extremely configurable and allows giving new life, like infinite scrolling to back-end applications (JSP) with minimum effort. If properly exploited, the Grid can manage 50-70% of UI needs (not only basic CRUD) resulting in noticeable productivity increase.

I work with a number of different UI frameworks and Telerik controls are available for all of them. I'm always impressed with the quality of the controls, which makes my job easier. Even more than the quality of the controls, I am always very impressed with the quality of the support. Your Team does a fantastic job of building and supporting a wide range of very capable controls.

I have been working with Telerik for MANY years. Their product is excellent and their support is superior! They are personable and always have great answers.

Telerik support has been excellent for us. We are currently using Telerik MVC, C# and Dapper with MS SQL Server as our backend database. The next day response is awesome. Couldn't dream of developing our web applications without Telerik. I would recommend Progress Telerik to anyone.

Very good program to do automation. They are fast on responding to problems that you have with the program, The program is updated often to fix problems and they do have video training and other training that helps you learn the product.

Functional capabilities are excellent - we selected the suite for PDF processing and it was one of the very few that had all the capabilities we needed.

Support is outstanding - very quick, very good and worked with me on a number of questions/issues so we could get our solution working.

The only drawback is the documentation. It is incomplete, inadequate and assumes that you are an expert with the component already. If the documentation had been good enough, I would have had almost no need for support and would have saved over a week of development time, trial & error, etc.
