Booking was easy and we enjoyed our time.
However, the staff were not welcoming and I had to stop 2 members chatting so I could register.
At no time did any member of staff ask how we were doing or if we had a good time.
It was good to be able to wear our own shoes.
Our Autistic grandson loved it and wants to come again.

We had a nice time
We had a nice time. But its really expensive and doesn't take long to have a game. Nearly £50 for me and my daughter for 2 games. It's not something u could afford to do often. Location is good. Staff polite. Seemed clean and toilets were clean too.

It was great fun and we really enjoyed the experience. The food was delicious and the customer service was excellent. Everything was great overall, although it was extremely hot inside, which made the experience a little uncomfortable at times. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future. Despite that, we had a lovely time!

To be welcomed in with all the machines was awful. Hardly anyone using them but still so noisy.

Booking slot - Pointless
Requested to arrive 15 minutes earlier than our booking. Actually arrived 20 minutes earlier. Then told not sure what time we'll be playing. Come back in 40 minutes and we should have a lane free. Dreadful service and as always not enough staff.

Very poor conditions. Too hot inside with no air conditioning as they don’t switch it on.. the place was dirty, even the beer was flat

Somewhat called a burger
I liked the venue/staff etc, however only thing that let it down was the burger that was bought with bowling. Chips were great the chicken burger however.. a bun with a slice of breaded chicken inside.. no cheese no salad nothing just the bun with a slice of chicken. I’ll definitely save the money next time.

Lane was sub standard
Lane was sub standard, lane guards remained up and then had to stop because of faults. Very dissatisfied. Will not be coming back.

Unbelievably hot with no air…
Unbelievably hot with no air conditioning (it wasn’t even hot out), our game was cut short because they didn’t explain the ‘rules’ to us and they did nothing to solve the issue. Drinks took an AGE to get to us… overall pretty rubbish experience.

Excessive Prices For What It Is.
The biggest issue during my experience was the price. I was hoping to get a discount that offered half-price for a student, but you cannot apply online so I had to go into the store and apply for it physically. Of course, this discount wasn't valid as I was told it does not apply for the summer holidays. While I don't doubt this might have been mentioned in some kind of T&Cs section on the website, £36 is outrageous for two simple bowling sessions.
This price would make a lot more sense if it were to be apart of the dining package or whatever I was offered to make my experience "more worth it", but unsurprisingly, that also happened to be an excessive price (£40+).
Aside from that, our booth was very unclean upon arrival with left over food and drink on the side table. I was quite disappointed and will more than likely not be returning if it isn't for one of their niche deals that take place on a singular day in the week starting late in the evening.

Easy to book and order food online. Got our lane quickly and food arrived promptly. Kids were happy and had lots of fun! Arcade was good too and ticket payout was exciting for them.

The staff are really friendly and…
The staff are really friendly and helpful when required. However, there is no AC in the building. This makes bowling and activities much harder as children as getting incredibly hot even hot keeping hydrated. You have spent soo much money renovating that with climate change, keeping these type of areas. Should be much cooler especially when you have gaming equipment
