Great evening with work colleagues. Staff were very helpful. Only issue was the temperature - very hot otherwise we may have stayed longer once we'd finished bowling

Extremely hot!
Extremely hot!! No air conditioning. Affected my child with sensory processing issues, she struggled to play & wanted to lie down. Counter to start the lane should have really started AFTER ordering our drinks. Unable to order water at the lane. Did not want to lose much more time trying to order again. Pizza came out quickly which was good! Lane closed 4 minutes before finish time!

Great place to visit!
Grandchildren visiting from up north age 13 & 10. They had great & really enjoyed the whole experience. Members of staff very, very welcoming being very friendly & helpful. Easy book in. Nice & spacious. Clean. Good Location, easy to drive to. Highly recommend 👍

Awful food
Booked a 'bowl and eat' package for the Family. Not good value. Food was awful! Should have just paid for the bowling and eaten elsewhere.

Not everything works
First I put on the suit, but my gun wasn't working so I had to switch to another one. They told us we would have to recharge our guns or something but we werent able to do that. My team werent able to invade the enemies base because their area just didn't work. When we told the staff they didn't really seem like they cared. Slight waste of money when almost everything isn't working.

Very helpful and understanding staff
Very helpful and understanding staff. I booked a bowling game for 4 people. But they decided not to come last minute. But the staff I spoke to rebooked it right away. Thus, I am grateful.

Air con & food timing
Air con wasn’t strong powerful enough. We had 2 lanes, separated by the high sofas, bit tricky when it’s a group of young children. Our game included a meal which was brought out pretty much as soon as the children started playing.

Reasonable price for kids party
Reasonable price for kids party. Loved the bowling pin as a gift for friends to draw & sign! If it can organize with a separate & individual area for the party that will be much better.

We booked a Saturday ,unaware that many…
We booked a Saturday ,unaware that many children's parties were held then.
We had children running around the lanes doing hand stands and chasing each other with balloons and shouting .
There was an entertainer staff person,who kept loudly talking on the loudspeaker and this was all very off putting .
We couldn't play our game properly and left.
We should have been made aware of parties going on ,and maybe Saturday morning should just be parties,
For the price we paid and how loud both the loudspeaker and children were we were not happy.
We were also concerned for the lack of adult super vision for little children,and worried we were going to hit them with the bowling balls as they were that close to us while running around across the lanes
