Great evening with work colleagues. Staff were very helpful. Only issue was the temperature - very hot otherwise we may have stayed longer once we'd finished bowling

We had a great time, if only there had been soap…
Checking in was fast and we had a great time, food and drink service was great too. My only issue was that there was no hand soap in the ladies toilets which I think is actually quite disgusting. I’m glad I had antibacterial gel with me for some kind of cleaning.

Checking in is always a bit of a nuisance as the venue is an amusement arcade and the guy on desk this time was waiting for teenagers to make their mind up on what they wanted with their tickets. Annoyingly the bar staff x 3 didn't think to sidle over and assist him as they weren't busy.
Drinks/Food shelf was cleaned up as we were starting game so was good and game ran smoothly

Good times.
The venue was easy to find and parking was easy too. The pizza was nice as well. The only thing that needs attention is the men's toilet has a problem with a strong smell, which appears to be an issue with the infrastructure. All in all a good visit. Everyone in our party enjoyed themselves.

Booked 2 lanes for a works outing
Booked 2 lanes for a works outing. We hadn't bowled in years. That element was fun and we had a great time. The only thing that let it down and why I wouldn't book at this location again was the massive glass panel that separated the lanes. We were not able to have conversations with the people on the other lane. Not great for a whole team bonding exercise.

Bowling experience was great
Bowling experience was great - venue was clean and modern, tech was easy to use. Only lost a star because we were waiting for about 10 minutes to be checked in with a member of staff behind the counter who didn’t even acknowledge us. Apart from that, really good.

Great visit
Great visit, fun with family and friends. Sufficient bowling balls of the right weight were available although size of holes for the lighter weights seemed limited to small only.
Lane area was kept clean and toilets too.
A friendly welcome from the staff.

We had a warm welcome from a chap behind the counter, guided to our lane, my little boy loved his first time bowling. We had a go at some arcade games on our way out. The place was clean as were the toilets. Not too crazy loud at all (we booked our lane for 10am).

Prefer bowling where pins are not…
Prefer bowling where pins are not suspended by strings, but , still had a good time . Reasonable choice of balls, but lighter weights mainly had small holes. I need at least a medium. I assume they think only children want 6-8 weight balls.
Really like that the noise from the arcade section is somehow buffered so it hardly noticeable when bowling.
Didn’t get to try the food and drink on this visit.

Fine the staff very rude unhelpful and under staffed the security are on a massive power trip the gents toilets smell awful for the money they are making on a daily basis things could be a lot better
