Ten pin bowling fun
The bowling alleys were good fun for my two grandchildren ages 3 and 5. I felt staff could have engaged a bit better. Perhaps short staffed as it was very busy. I had bowling booked on line and went to the bar to ask what the procedure was as this was our first visit. I was advised to head over to the bowling area and the reception there would help me out! Except there was no reception there. I was a bit confused. By this point trying to carry their foot and drinks to our lane. Had to go back to the bar as our lane was still busy. Was advised my lane was running late and it would be around another 15 minutes so back to find a table with our food and drinks. Not ideal but somehow managed it.
We also ordered food but I would miss that out next time. The pizza wasn’t cheap either and had no texture or flavour to is. Definitely improvement needed there. But overall it was a good experience playing bowling and some machines too. They enjoyed carrying their little pots of money around. Staff were all friendly but just not enough of them to managing everything by how busy it was.
Lovely girl Yvonne, very bubbly and cheerful spoke to us on the way out asking if we had enjoyed our experience. She was very polite and hoped we would all be back soon.
My biggest criticism would be the food.

It was my 1st time visiting venue so wasn't nervous as I had grandkids with me. On approaching the reception desk, the girls was very helpful and instantly reassured by taken me to lane and explaining the set up and explains how things worked

Good fun
The place was bright, clean and staffed by friendly and efficient employees.
It was lively and whilst busy with young people, they were having fun, safe and well supervised.
Good value, not too expensive.

We didn't have to wait about to get bowling/ Ordered drinks from the alley and all delivered within a couple of minutes. For a Saturday afternoon it was busy but not in an annoying way!

Bargain Bowling
Reasonably priced food and drinks, 2 games of bowling is cheaper than competitors, toilets were super clean, good vibe, bit dark and noisey for my neice but that's not taking anything away from the venue, staff where welcoming and helpful.

Everything was great staff friendly BUT…
Everything was great staff friendly and helpful, just one thing the group on left lane too us where 3 young girls who were totally abusing your facilities by throwing 3balls a a time hitting the barriers when down collecting pins dancing in my lane I had to say a couple of times to them but being young girls I had to be careful I felt your staff should have delt with them as this went on for two full games with me and my family

We went here for my sons birthday and they had such a good time! Shannon couldn't of helped anymore and even came out with our cake to sing happy birthday!
