enjoyable with room for improvement
Generally nice and enjoyable however i noticed that staff are not cleaning the areas. We were let into a bowling alley where there was mount of glasses and rubbish and not one person came in during our stay to tidy this away or clam the tables. On another occasion a member of stuff brought us portion of chips and accidentally dropped it onto the floor, which is fine. Accidents happen, however she left it on the floor without any intention of tidying it up and we waited 35 minutes for another potion of chips and that’s after we asked for it. Also ordered two portions and were only given one. One of the Changing machine and ticket machine were also not working which created a queue in already bus place

Staff incredible friendly and helpful despite busy house. The set up for the Bowling lane was done for us. Bowling was great fun.

The site is freezing there was staff…
The site is freezing there was staff going in and out a fire exit door and the left hand side of the lanes we were in lane 2 so pretty much at the door could feel everything also the seating area very uncomfortable as you feel like your sitting in a canteen , soft drinks poor as the post mix wasn't mixed properly and no flavor to the slushes either all quite frustrating

I took my 2 young girls last Friday for our first time and were really Impressed. Was clean and the staff very helpful. One girl noticed me struggle with adding names to board and bumpers etc and came right over and sorted for us. Great day out and will be going back

Plenty to do but a long wait
Plenty to do in the place with an arcade, bowling, interactive darts and pool but I found the wait times for checking in and getting assistance when we required it was unnecessarily long.
Nobody behind the front check in desk and bar staff present didn't seem interested in notifying anyone that there were customers waiting.
During bowling, my lane required some assistance so we activated the assistance button and waited for 5-10 mins with nobody arriving resulting in one of us having to wait at the unmanned reception desk again for a further 10 mins.
When playing pool, there was no white ball which seemed to be a common issue with nearly all of the pool tables resulting in another wait at the desk for assistance

The bowling and the darts were good
The bowling and the darts were good, and the staff were friendly enough. However, we waited 45 minutes for our food, that then arrived stone cold. And wasn’t cooked properly.

The bowling experience itself was great, however, I had booked it earlier in the day online and had ordered a pizza and drinks with the bowling.
Arrived got drinks and bowling and had just about finished our 2nd game before the pizza arrived, considering I had to go up and ask where it was detracted slightly from our experience.
