Really great visit easy to book and…
Really great visit easy to book and lane available when we arrived. Handy being able to order at the lane and food and drinks brought over. Only small point as a group of 6 the booth wasn’t big enough for everyone to sit. Even let the birthday boy win the second game to keep him happy!

More time needed
The bowling was good, we only booked for one game so were only there for 20 minutes but literally the second we finished, another group were ready to play in our lane. Which is fine, we were done but we had to rush to get our stuff together. I think 30 minutes should be given to let people take their time enjoy the game and get their belongings together .

Wasn’t happy
When we got there they said we had to get a smaller lane or there was a wait for a bigger lane even though I booked it a couple days before I thought when you book a time that’s me got a lane so I wasn’t happy

Never again the manager in Glasgow needs training…
Never again the manager needs training on customer service. I went to the Glasgow site on Christmas Eve booked two games on the one order. first he told me I had placed two separate orders until I produced my order. Then I was told that I would play one game on one lane then need to move to another lane for second game.
I was like fair enough
I went up to get my second game and was told to stay on the original lane so we started our second game. A manager then came up to me and said we needed to stop our game and free up our lane. I tried to explain that we had already started our second game but he was having none of it telling me he had a customer waiting 15 mins for a lane and he need to get them a lane. I then asked how long we would have to wait and he said 15mins. We walked away and waited 15 mins to be then returned to our original game which was 20min in by this time so we could not finish our second game. The manager is costing you business

Arrived and waited 20 minutes for…
Arrived and waited 20 minutes for drinks to arrive, only after I went to ask for them. Food arrived during second game which was ok. The lane malfunctioned during second game and waited, 15 minutes for the lane to be repaired, after myself going up twice to ask, to be able to complete second game.

We were sent to the wrong lanes
We were sent to the wrong lanes. When we finally got served at the waiting desk to get this fixed we had to rejoin the queue again as the correct lanes had not been activated for use. I had to queue again as it was activated for 15 people not the 16 we had paid for. This was our Cub Pack Christmas treat night but as so much of our time was used up on incompetence with your staff we only had time for 1 game. The Cubs were frustrated at the start but then had a great time, but this was not a stress free trip for our adults.

What customer service?
We booked online for 2 games of bowling and food&drinks for 2 people.
On arrival we checked in quickly and got started,
Finished our first game and our food hadn't arrived yet so we waited 5/10 minutes then began our next game, my husband went to the bar area to ask if we had to do anything in particular to get the food like re order or anything but the staff said they have the order and they'll get it started when they get time. Food arrives mid way through game 2. Was lovely, hot and just as we wanted however our 2 juices never arrived so I pressed assistance on our game screen to ask the staff if we could have our drinks too, she said someone would bring them when they get a minute. We finished our food and our last game and hadn't had the drinks yet, went to the Bar area to ask again and waited 10 minutes only for the girl working to slam them down on the bar and walk away rudely because I mentioned to her that we were leaving as we had finished our games and food. No apologies from staff, wasn't overly busy but based on that experience I'll use clydebank tenpin in future.
