My friend ended up being about two hours late, so I had to go to the front desk twice to ask if we could change our booking time. The staff were incredibly accommodating and understanding throughout, even though I ended up coming in three times in total. They were friendly, patient, and happy to help, which made the whole experience much less stressful. Great customer service!

One star too good!
I’m giving one star for the following reasons. 1) the bowling was terrible! The lane wasn’t straight, and the bowling balls were chipped, misshaped and didn’t roll straight, and the scoreboard glitched every game! 2) when ordering food via the app, my family and I had to wait over an hour for our order to even be cooked! When I approached the only member of staff in the entire place, I was given the appalling excuse of “sorry I didn’t know what you ordered, we ran out of till roll!”. To which that one and only staff member gave an equally pathetic excuse of “sorry I’ll get someone to cook your order now” which again I found appalling! And finally,3) the games machines were disgusting! Nothing was clean, and the controllers were sticky!

It's a nightmare there
It's a nightmare there, constant noise of all the amusement machines hardly makes it a pleasant experience for bowling. Understaffed and parents with young kids not bothered when their young kids were running up the bowling alley, and neither were the staff. Interior looks dated and tired. I must admit that the two staff at the bowling check in were helpful and a credit to our booking. Luckily I only go once a year, nothing there to attract me to go more often.

The bowling was fun
The bowling games were super fun, we had a good time playing what would've been better is if there was a powerful aircon. As it was hot and sweaty in the play area and the server at the bar wasn't friendly. And the burger wasn't a good idea either.

Thanks for a great experience
All the staff were very helpful and always on hand to assist us, especially the lady who provided some after-care when one of our young group hurt her finger on a ball.

Our party was really well organised and the staff in charge were very helpful and friendly. They allowed us to push our food slot back with was really helpful. I’d definitely recommend a party here.

To celebrate the end of Year 10 and the…
To celebrate the end of Year 10 and the completion of their Polish GCSE exams, the school treated the students to an Eat & Play outing. The young people had a wonderful time together — even a small mishap on the bowling lane turned into a great bonding moment, bringing the group closer as a team. It was lovely to see them relax and celebrate after all their hard work.

Did not like the overall experience…
Did not like the overall experience from being asked to submit requirements for my party, to not reciting a response on it. On following up first booking can’t be found, then it’s eventually found, then having to push for provision of service on the day , even on things that were promised as part of package. It should have been alot smoother than it was !

The bowling there is generally good fun and enjoyable.
Only gave it 4 stars this time as there was an issue with the balls coming up after the last person played and had to wait 10 mins otherwise good atmosphere there and a good night out .

It was good, nobody rushed us to finish.
The lanes were good, the tables and seating areas were clean
The pool tables were accessible.
Drink reasonable.
We'll definitely be back at some point.

Top experience, great staff!
We did the Escape from Alcatraz escape room for my sons 13th birthday. It was his first, he brought a group of friends and although they weren't able to escape they all had a fantastic time. The booking was simple and we were able to add another on the day. The staff both at the actual escape room AND within Tenpin were brilliant especially the lady who came to chat with us and gave both my sons birthday presents and had a chatbwith me while ai was waiting for them to finish! Great Day!

Did not meet my expectations as being advertised
My child’s eleven years old birthday party did not meet my expectations, based on the online advertisements
Food size portions were minimum even though it says parties for 8-13 years old, portions should be considered for appropriate children’s birthday age, as they ask for the child’s birthday age.
Bowling game stopped mid way through, even though was meant to be unlimited. So children ended up playing the arcade, which cost it extra. I had to ask why and the staff put it back on.
Even though it said we will light up and bring the birthday cake to your child, it didn’t happen. I had to ask for a lighter ,staff said they didn’t have one, so they ended up borrowing from someone else. No cake slicer or napkins was provided, luckily I had packed some napkins and a one use plastic knife (just in case).
I felt like I was constantly asking staff for things to happen. It was meant to be a paid party where everything is taken care of, without the stress.
