Our grandsons enjoyed a couple of hours bowling and beating there grandparents. Liked how easy it was to get food and drinks to enjoy during our bowling. Free parking is an added bonus

Slow services and rushed off our lane!
We had our 6 year old niece with us for our 1 year olds birthday. The bowling was great fun. Sadly we ordered food that took ages to come and the drinks never arrived. When we asked staff they said the orders weren’t coming through/printing from the app. Our game finished but we were still eating and drinking. Next thing a family arrived they had been put on our lane so we had to move! Very poor service when several other lanes were free - it is not like it was busy. We had to rush and it ruined the experience in all honesty. We are unlikely to return as a result.

The place was nice I liked the lay out…
The place was nice I liked the lay out etc staff were friendly and bowling was good I liked that you could set your own lane up and bumpers on the screen so the kids could choose. However I booked bowling and food arrived for bowing at 10.30 expecting to play our games then eat but the food arrived 10 mins after arriving I did question and say we would like it at the end of the games but they said to just put it in the side untill we were finished. I don’t know why you would bring kids food out while they were bowling I chose that time so they would be done for lunch ready to eat. The food was nice but It would have been better if there was a choice of when you would like the food ( not at 10.45 when it’s nuggets and burgers)

Great bowling experience.
Had a great midday bowling session, 12 adults in s#£t shirts and fascinators, this place is excellent, been a couple of times on our southport jollies, very clean, and the staff are unbelievably friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend. We forgot to book so chanced it by turning up, it wasn't to busy so got 2 lanes next to eachother, it filled up pretty quickly after so would advise booking in advance.

We booked online and had a great time. There were 7 of us so we needed 2 lanes and the plastic sheet in between (assuming from COVID) made it really hard to talk without walking around to the other side.
Bar service was a bit slow, both in person and using the QR code on your lane

Lane was ready as soon as we arrived. Member of staff came over straight away to explain about drinks,food etc very helpful and pleasant girl.
Had food there service and food excellent.
