I have visited with my family and we had a really good experience. We all enjoyed our time there. The booking process was very smooth, easy and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We ordered a meal deal and it was served on time, which made the experience even better. The centre was clean, well organised and had a great atmosphere for families.

Ideal activity school hols
Grandchildren both enjoy bowling. A 6 year age gap but occupies them both. Great that can play on other things after bowling.

We ordered food thinking we could have it after we finished bowling. Unfortunately we had booked for 10.30 so we washing hot do and chips about 11.15.the hot dog roll was so dry it was almost u edible and chips with it was very small. Blowing was fun but won't recommend the food.staff were very helpful can't fault them

Booking online was easy, staff were welcoming and efficient when we arrived.
Me and my son had 2 games of bowling and we had burger and chips as well.
Couldn’t fault the food and was a surprise how nice it did taste.
Really good venue for families during the summer.

Dried Food, Good Service
Unfortunately since the last experience, things have further declined, the staff for the most part were friendly and great, however the food arrived with the burger buns almost stale, dried up as a whole. Again nothing wrong with the staff, still not the biggest fan of the layout change compared to what it was last year, overall it's an okay option to take your kids out once in a while but not really a place for consistent outings, best to break it up with other places.

Excellent lanes…
Visited in the morning in the school holidays. The lanes were great, staff helpful and friendly.
The only issue I have is the arcade games. I’ve visited before and had an issue with the machines taking money and it not registering. The same happened and whilst using the cash machine the money never appeared either- the manager however did sort this out but this seems to be an ongoing issue for them. Another family had the same issue whilst waiting for the money back.

We had a fun game of bowling
We had a fun time bowling, but one game goes quite quickly. My Grandson had a great time too playing on all the games and collecting tickets. I would say though it is quite expensive so we couldn't afford to stay too long. It would be nice if there were 2p coin falls machines rather than the 10p ones. The staff are very pleasant and helpful.
