We had a blast
We had a blast. We booked a party for our daughter and her friends. Everything was setup and ready to go. Food was good. Staff were attentive. No complaints really.

Lack of recognition …
The members of the team made me feel like I wasn't waiting in a queue to be served when they had already served the previous customer. Very slow and some other staff I asked answered my questions then rushed off.
Not a very comfy feeling!

Not impressed
There's not much to the arcades and some of them were not on. Half the machines supposed to give you tickets, didn't. Bowling broke down while we were playing twice! The guy fixing was very helpful but it took a while

Easy booking process
Easy booking process, Friendly staff and great facilities. Had a fun evening with a good midweek deal for a family of four. Enjoyed the bowling and the interactive darts. Will definitely return.

The food was not worth the money paid and had a funny taste to it. Bowling was ok but after booking x2 games was told the lane was needed back after 1hr

Lanes are far too close together
Lanes are far too close together. Our lane was constantly taken over by the group next to us and it was our first time booking there. So it was frustrating and ruined the experience

The staff are friendly and amazing
The staff are friendly and amazing. Areas are spotlessly clean. Food was of great quality and served very quickly and I did order loads of chicken baskets. Prices are okay but feel in some areas, on some games, could be checked. Wasn't that busy but it was a Sunday night. Overall, I will definitely be going back to play more bowling, table tennis and pool.

My daughter won a prize
My daughter won a prize, then accidentally left it unattended. It got stolen. The venue did very little to appease a crying child. That probably tells you what you need to know about the clientele.
The change machines sometimes worked and when they did, you were forced to take a load of 10p coins that were accepted in about 6 machines.
I felt uneasy and unsafe at this place.

Coventry - would not return
Poor customer service - staff were unwelcoming, dismissive, disinterested and verging on incompetent. They actively ignored customers who were waiting to be served and had a terrible attitude.
The whole place was unbearably hot and had an awful smell which resulted in us leaving early and not finishing our second game.
Would not return.
