The most uncomfortable shoes I’ve bought for a long time ..the plastic part near near my toes keep digging into the baby toe causing bruising ..I write to Teva customer service and they did not offer a refund- I will not be buying Teva again or recommending them to anyone ..what a waste of money

The sandals were too tight for my already very thin feet. I don’t think anyone can wear them. I returned them and paid for the shipping cost twice (for sending and returning). I will never buy again.

Had to return a pair of sandals based upon the fact that the one of them was tearing my heal up and I had only worn them once. The had to pay for the box to ship them. The replacement pair tore both of my heals up (bleeding). Be careful buying the men's sandals.

bought a pair as an active girlie as my current sandals are about to fall apart. took out the teva sandals first time outside, the SEAMS broke on the heal. I could repair it as I do own a sewing machine but it's ridiculous? I bought them for 50 euros and then not even wore them out for a 5 minute walk and boom they broke

What a disapointment!
Been wearing Teva since 1996 due to the quality and versatility. But the quality is now so bad, a sandal only covers the warranty period of two years. My current pair of Teva (Top tier S/N:1099443) from 2022, the rubber is cracking up on the sides, hence will loose its hold on the front strap. My previous top tier Teva's also lost hold of the front strap after two years. Wrote to Teva, without getting any reply.
This was the last straw, I won't be buying TEVA anymore. What a shame.

They couldn't organise a piss-up in a brewery !!
Last time I have anything to do with these people !!
First they send me size UK9 and then an exchange size UK5 after I told them through many emails I ordered size UK8 !!

Ik heb twee paar Teva sandalen, beide hebben een zwarte binnen zool. Als ik ze heb gedragen heb ik pikzwarte voetzolen. Ik heb Teva erover benaderd omdat ik gewoon wilde weten hoe ik dit probleem kon oplossen. Maar Teva ging ervan uit dat ik aanspraak maakte op garantie en dat ging niet meer zeiden ze. Ik wilde gewoon tips want ik kan doen hiermee. Ben al verschillende schoenenwinkels geweest en schoenmakers, niemand kan mij helpen. Ik las net een review van iemand die hetzelfde heeft.
Teva laat je gewoon stikken met dit probleem, ik koop ze nooit meer en raadt ze ook niemand aan.

Bei meinem erstes Paar Wandersandalen haben sich die hinteren Riemen gelöst. Der Online Shop hat anstandslos den Kaufpreis erstattet. Das neue Paar hat exakt eine Saison gehalten bis sich die Verklebung der Innensohle gelöst hat. Da ich im Shop bar bezahlt habe und keinen Kaufbeleg hatte, lehnte der Shop als auch Teva jegliche Garantie ab. Juristisch vermutlich korrekt. Im Kundenservice eine Bankrotterklärung. Die Teva Sandalen sind einfach schlecht verarbeitet. Das ist meine Erfahrung nach zwei paar Sandalen, die jeweils nur eine Saison überlebt haben.

I purchased the same size sandal for the third time (different colours) since 2018 - been wearing it over the hike or when I was aboard travelling. It used to be very versatile, however from the recent purchase the quality was just off - unsure if they changed their supplier - no longer comfortable but indeed it hurts my toes (tighter than the previous pairs)- and quality has greatly downgraded! The black pigment fell off over my toes in the rain and can’t be gone even after a shower!

I love Teva's I have 3 pairs of womens hurricanes. If I could I would wear them all year round I would but unfortunately in the uk we don't have that sort of weather.
I find them incredibly comfortable and hard wearing. For me I would say true to size.
The big problem I have with Teva's is who ever is picking the colours for the womens hurricanes is probably a man with no style or taste in colour combinations. This is such a shame as this is what puts a lot if women off. I use the sedona multi as an example. I was lucky and got a a great colour combination last summer which other women keep asking me about. Unfortunately they are no longer available and think like me the other colours are neither cute or wearable for work.
Teva is missing a trick here. There are lots of stylish women who would buy them for everyday wear not just hiking but for the terrible colours.

Such a disappointing customer experience with Teva Canada.

I placed an order and realized within minutes that I wanted a different pair of sandals instead. I immediately tried to cancel my order, but there was no clear option to do so on the website. I then contacted customer service by email, hoping to stop the order before it shipped.

Unfortunately, I did not receive a timely response. By the time customer service got back to me a couple of days later, they informed me that the order had already been processed and would be shipped. I was told that I could return the item once it arrived, but what was not clearly communicated was that the original shipping charges would not be refunded and that I would also be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

As a result, I ended up paying shipping fees for a product I tried to cancel almost immediately, plus the cost of returning it. In the end, I spent money and still did not get the sandals I actually wanted.

A company should make it easy for customers to cancel an order shortly after placing it, especially when customer service response times prevent any meaningful resolution. The lack of transparency around non-refundable shipping charges and return costs made an already frustrating experience even worse.

Based on this experience, I would be hesitant to purchase from Teva again.

So I wanted to order 1 pair of sandles, I got processed for 2! I signed up for a 10% discount but the discount never got applied. Called customer service and they said that nothing can be done and I can not modify the order (even though the order has not yet been processed). This is a scam. Avoid at all costs.

Wish I could tell you my experience with the sandals. But all I can say is in 2022 I ordered 2 pairs. They never arrived - horrendous customer service. Took me 4 months to get a refund. Clearly did not learn my lesson in 2026 I purchased another pair. Still waiting for it to arrive, weeks after the due date. Unhelpful and slow responses again from customer service. Good luck to me for trying to get a refund again. DO NOT BUY TEVAS ONLINE. GO ELSEWHERE.

They cancelled my order without notifying me! I just realized because i got my bank notification of refund. Not a single email... Nothing.
They we're out of stock, as other comments said...

Ik wacht al weken op het tweede deel van mijn bestelling. Contact opnemen is niet mogelijk, zeer zeer slecht! Dit merk is zeker niet aan te bevelen.

My trekking sandals had broken and I only had 48hrs to buy new ones for my trip.
I had never bought Teva before but read reviews and just went for it. I absolutely LOVE the sandals. So comfortable right from the start and wore them every day on the trip.
Definitely would recommend.

The Teva Hurrican Amspol Gaila is seriously the most comfortable shoe I've ever worn. Feels like I'm walking on a cloud, but still supported. Love these and hoping for more colors.

horrible customer service. you can’t get ahold of anyone outside of a text message thread. no one has authority to handle any customer issues, even supervisors? all this leaving basically all difficult matters unresolved. i spent $175 on a pair of winter boots that i wore three times before a giant gash in the seam presented itself. because i was two months outside of their one-year warranty, absolutely no one can assist. i was told to get them repaired myself. instead of standing by their products and taking care of their customers by offering a replacement or basically anything (ps - those shoes are now on sale for $90), they just lost my lifetime business and i will be sharing my experience with friends and family. such a poor, poor way to address your precious customer base. DO NOT BUY TEVA

I had an issue with a shoe I bought that was not possible to wear. A phone call with a representative concluded that they would exchange for credit that she would put appropriate notes on record showing that a decision was made. She said all I needed to do was follow their return instructions sending pictures etc. to complete the process. I did so but now they are denying the request and acting like the conversation we had approving the return never happened. I was asked to review their process and gave a good review based on the phone call but now would give a zero star review if possible.

I placed an order on the 19th December. A different customers purchase was sent to me, yet some how they have turned it around as if it is my error! Trying to get in contact with anyone to resolve was difficult and I have had to do all the chasing and running around to resolve. I have been told I will only receive the item if in stock, once I send back the item they sent in error! They have ignored complaints and emails from me and I am still waiting for this to be resolved! Spend your money elsewhere where. This company does not care about their customers.
