The quality of the sandal footbeds/soles seems to have declined. I’ve had two pairs before and not had this problem. They are incredibly squeaky which is embarrassing when walking about.

I like Teva sandals. They are very stylish, tough and hard-wearing.
But I do NOT like Teva nagging me to buy more, and it is NOT POSSIBLE to unsubscribe from their mailing list. So I make their e-mails GO INTO MY SPAM box.
Sorry, Teva. Please sort out your website and communications.

I have recently placed and received 2 orders. I was kept notified throughout as to the progress of the order and delivery. I did need to contact customer services who were extremely helpful - I would say they went out of their way in fact.
The delivery was made, as expected, and the products were as described.

Lo que compré esta vez son unas zapatillas TRAILWINDER LOW. Me encantan! Super cómodas. Las estoy probando en casa y no sé si cambiar una talla menos.

I just tried to use their website. Card kept being declined. I even called Amex and they said it wasn't at their end. Customer service doesn't seem to exist either. Shame - they have nice sandals.

Wat ging er mis? ALLES!! Verkeerde schoenen geleverd. Afgeleverd bij bedrijf in de buurt terwijl er op de adressering LOEI-groot WOONHUIS staat.

Great sandals. My last pair ( approx 8 years old) which have been used extensively are just beginning to wear out and so I decided to treat myself to a new pair.

I bought a pair of Teva sandals in 8/2021. I wore them almost daily for a year before the strap broke. I bought another pair in 8/2022, in part because of their recycling program #tevaforever, which would allow customers to recycle their broken Tevas for free through TerraCycle. My sandals broke again in 8/2024. When I looked for the recycling program, all I could find were press statements & Teva's own ads about it, but they removed the website and would not issue shipping labels for the program, stating that they no longer have one. They claim to be sustainable and will gladly reap the rewards of a highly publicized recycling program, but then cut it within 3 years so they don't actually have to pay up when their sandals break. Greenwashing at its lowest.

Absolutely delighted with the sandals! Very well made, stylish and importantly, extremely comfortable. The style offers comfort for wide feet, as toes are free to move. Customer Service were very helpful in ensuring I bought the correct size. I’m a size 6.5 and the size 6 is perfect. I would buy these again.

My daughter purchased a few pairs for overseas travel - she wore them hiking climbing up hills and with a dress in the evening - wasn’t sure how they would look on me but I love them very comfy soft and cool for hot weather & walking colour is good/neutral - speedy delivery within 48 hrs easy to pack in suitcase

Very easy to order and delivered the next day. Package was tracked so I knew when it was one stop away. Excellent service .

Very disappointed. I ordered two pairs of sandals over a week ago and they still haven't got beyond the 'processing' stage. I want to cancel my order as I won't have time to wear them in but that's impossible, I have to wait for them to be delivered (I could be on holiday by then) and then send them back. As they are nowhere near being sent to me why can't I just cancel? I would not recommend doing business with this company!

Corporate greed supersedes customer service again!

What an awful company. They deceive customers with introductory discounts and then do not honour them. Then the products are just not up to the expectation with regard to quality. I ordered 3 pairs of sandals and each pair was so big, at least 2 sizes bigger than ordered. I returned them as they were not as ordered but they would not refund the delivery charge. Customer service all give the same old replies. The cheap stuff from Amazon is much cheaper and actually better quality. Just do but from these crooks.

Was desperate to buy a pair of Women's FP Movement Terra Fi 5 shoes super last minute for a trip to Mexico. After a frustrating start on the website (3 failed attempts to buy the shoes at the payment stage for no apparent reason) I was finally able to purchase the shoes in my size. I bought them at 4.30pm on the Friday, on next day delivery. By midnight I'd had a notification that my product had been despatched. At 9.30am on Saturday morning, another notification telling me that my product would be delivered shortly and lo and behold, heard the doorbell ring before midday and my shoes have arrived!

Tried them on, they look FAB, fit perfectly, seem to be amazing quality. Other than the glitch at the beginning on their website, it's so far been a perfect experience.

Reading some of these reviews has made me a little wary of their quality and their customer service - should I need them - but I will see once I use them in Mexico I guess! So far, so good!
