Fantastic service . Was a bit nervous ordering as i’d sourced in google,they were cheep as in the sale in Schuh, but sold out in my size Thinking it could be too good to be true I took a chance! They arrived 2 days later. True to size . Very happy

Ladies Hydratek Tigerlily. I have painful feet and awaiting surgery but these feel so comfortable underfoot. I have narrow feet but slight misalignment with big toe joint but all the adjustable straps mean I can adjust to fit. True to size, my only regret is I didn’t order them last year! Glad they’ve been restocked in that colour this year.

I purchased the Teva Men’s Hurricane XLT2 sandal (Order no: #2831857322) on 15th Feb 2024, and by 30th Sept 2024 (only 6 months later!), after only 12 outings/wears, the sole had detached, and the strapping material had started to disintegrate leaving me with blisters and a useless pair of sandals (see images).

The glueing manufacturing process is clearly of low quality as is the glue itself. The strapping material is also of low quality. I have worn Tevas for decades they never used to fray or have badly glued soles – I currently have 2 other older (5 years) pairs both intact and functional.

I thought Teva produced quality, rugged outdoor products that are made to last and that they cared about the planet and sustainability. I can confirm that this is no longer the case.

Believe it or not, these are a genuine pair as confirmed by Teva customer support. Not only this but when I emailed customer support with the issue, they refused my valid 1 year warranty request.

To be honest, this stinks of 'planned obsolescence’. Don't believe the hype! and don’t risk purchasing.

Do not purchase the teva brand. Both my husband and I had been buying for years.
Until Our last 4 pairs ( not exaggerating) have all fallen apart with a 3-6mth period.
Returning to anaconda was relatively easy but inconvenient as it is a 160km round trip.
Then I purchased direct for myself from the Australian website..the fell apart within 6mth.. good luck getting any customer service from them until it’s too late and past their 12th warranty period!!

Really great service from Teva customer service, I ordered a size too big of the rEember terrain shoes and there was an option to easily exchange included in the delivery notes with an already printed label for returns. Not many places do this and I appreciated how easy it was to do! Delivery of both the old and new pair was super fast, great communication from DPD and all round great service. I’m in love with the shoes, so comfortable and also vegan/recycled! Thank you so much!

Love these sandals. Very comfy straight away (even with my little bunion) My third pair. I can walk miles in them. I have the flatform ones for dressing up and another pair for swimming off stone beaches.

The sandals arrived earlier than expected. I immediately tried them on and they fit well. Unusual for my size feet. They seem comfortable and I'm looking forward to wearing them on my holiday.

Volgens uw mail en de app van UPC heb ik de sandalen ontvangen. Upc heeft ze bij de brievenbus neer gelegd, maar dat is een openbare ruimte. Het is tot nu toe nog niet duidelijk waar mn sandalen zijn.

Prima product tegen fraaie prijs (aanbieding). Makkelijk bestellen en goede communicatie mbt afhandeling/ Zelfs met de feestdagen snel geleverd.
Dit was de 4e keer dat ik via Teva rechtstreeks besteld had. Nooit problemen

Alles ging razendsnel, hoewel ik verwachtte dat het i.v.m. de feestdagen veel langer zou duren. En ze passen perfect!

The first pair arrived on time but were to big. Via the website I was able to arrange an exchange for a smaller size with ease. The replacement pair arrived quickly and the sandals are a great fit and are a good quality.

Brilliant service, arrived within 24 hours of ordering. Excellent fit and goods as described.

Teva actually suck. Appalling service. Product shipped from Australia so despite saying 3-5 days we are 3 weeks still waiting. What a joke.

Terrible company for returns. Do not buy online if there is any chance you may need to return. Impossible to speak to a human and no response to emails trying to find out what has happened to some sandals I returned. Spent hours trying to track it. Website has UPS link but UPS had nothing to do with it...the collection company was DPD. I'm feeling swindled right now.

I had a terrible experience with Teva during their Cyber Monday sale. I entered my shipping address correctly three times (their website kept crashing), but when I paid with Apple Pay, the address was changed. When I contacted customer service the next day to fix it (before it shipped), they said they couldn’t update the address and canceled my order instead. I was told to reorder, but I’d lose the Cyber Monday discount! Their only “solution” was 10% off or free shipping for a future order, which doesn’t come close to fixing the problem.

This was a normal mistake and such a simple fix! After looking online, I found that many customers have had similar problems. Teva’s lack of flexibility and unwillingness to resolve systemic issues is extremely disappointing.

I hope they reconsider their policies and invest in improving their website and customer service processes.

My husband and I have both bought Teva sandals for a forthcoming trip. I have wanted to try the brand for ages because they always look such comfortable sandals when I see them being worn by other people. Suffice to say, they didn't disappoint. Our respective sandals are very comfortable. I love mine as they are very colourful as well. The despatch service was very good too. We received ours within 3 days of purchase.

Ordering was easy and the shoes arrived quickly. They were too small, so I sent them back for exchange. The new ones arrived quickly and fit well, so my experience so far has been̈ very good.
