Ordered an expensive set of clubs, when they didnt ship I reached out several time to ensure they had them in stock. I was promised they had 12 sets and I would get overnight shipping. All lies, they didn't have them in stock nor did they ever. They advertise products they do not have. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

I ordered a $300 golf bag on Feb 9 a week later no bag. Then they reordered it and said they would next day air ship it so I could get it for a golf tournament. On the 16th it showed the bag was in Fort Myers Fl. which is less than a hr from my home in Venice Florida.The bag never has showed up still on March 2nd. A Supervisor for TGW was supposed to reach out to me and get me a refund or find out where 2 different golf bags just disappeared. This might be the worst experience I’ve ever had with any golf site. So finally we had to go to our credit card account to stop payment for a golf bag we never received. This is way beyond poor customer service.

Last year sent me a Skycaddie that was previously used and which contained the owner's personal data; Skycaddie confirmed; Eventually TGW sent me a new product; This year I bought driver and 7 wood, but had to nag to get the driver sent in two weeks; a month later they said 7 wood discontinued; so they refunded with e-card, then charged me shipping and Package Protection fee ($2.99) for no reason and won't respond.

Truly appalling customer service. No notifications on delayed shipments, even when paid extra for 'express shipping'. Unhelpful and sarcastic team on chat who simply end the conversation to get rid of you.

I ordered a set of irons 4-U. I received ONE club. ONE! How does that happen? The nonchalant agents did not seem surprised, and if you, as a customer, do not continue calling, you will not get a response. How does a company send a "partial" order? One club, and no good reason as to why they did it!
It takes forever to get a response.

Over the last two months, I have used a gift card given to me to purchase two different items. The company hasn’t delivered on a single one even weeks after the order was made and each customer service rep keeps promising. They will update me as soon as the order is ready in a couple of hours, but they never do. It is very clear to me that they don’t intend to ship items nor that they care about customers I am confident saying this is a fraudulent company.

The worst experience, ordered and paid, promised a date then I call only to tell me that they are not sure it is available. I purposely bought just shoes first. I left 3000 dollars in my cart for new Ping clubs, not ordering from them.

Disaster. Inaccurate, vague with detail, shifting responsibility away from themselves. Ordered custom Callaway clubs and was told they would ship within 1-2 weeks. Heard nothing for a week and then was told order hadn’t been sent to Callaway. Once it had I would receive a response. Waited another 5 days and web based I got still said ‘in process’. Called again and was (miraculously) provided a ‘just posted’ stained ship date which was fully 5 weeks from when I ordered. Would never have considered if I had been told that in the first instance and my feeling the company knows these timeframes and simply tried to make we wait via inertia. Be very wary!

Horrible. Look at all of the negative reviews. Those are the real deal. I wish I would have checked into them further before ordering. I purchased an item months ago and the shipping date kept moving. I kept following up and was told over and over it’s coming. Then I received an email out of nowhere saying my order was canceled. No reason given. Nothing. After multiple reach outs I was told they didn’t have sufficient inventory. It was an ordered item. Not something they even stocked. If you look, this is very common. They sell things they don’t have in hopes they can get it. STAY AWAY!

Ordered a set of Ping irons and I was only shipped the 7 iron. Customer service told me I would need to return the 7 iron before they would ship me my complete set. I have returned the 7 and still have not received my original order. It has been two weeks and now I want have my new clubs for my vacation. The experience with TGW has been a complete disaster and I would not recommend purchasing any items from them!

I ordered a pair of golf shoes from TGW 8/29/25. My husband ordered a pair of golf shoes from Carls Golfland the same day. His arrived today; TGW lost my order that had an issued order number and a hold on my PayPal account for payment. I used the chat and they found the order. A pair of shoes (low inventory) has been set aside for shipping. The warehouse will not respond to the third-party customer service agents about a shipping date. I’m sorry but how hard is it to process an order? How hard is it to reply to the question about expediting fulfillment and shipment? Fulfillment is their business.
The employees in this company are both disengaged and incompetent. They are no longer trained nor are they compensated/fired based on performance or in this case lack of performance. The problem goes up the chain of command to a CEO Corey Bergstrom who has no clue about the poor quality of his business. Maybe he should have a primer from the CEO of Carls who can get a pair of shoes delivered in less than a week. If you are in the “Net Business” and call yourself the Net’s Premier Online Golf Super Store, then Corey, it’s time to for you to step down. You are failing to meet your lofty tagline. You are not a superstore. You are a superb failure at quality fulfillment which should be your core competency. Get the hell out of the ivory tower Corey if your leadership can’t get shoe orders filled and shipped. Pathetic. You and your business are worth NO STARS.

Would choose 0 if I could… ordered 2 clubs 2nd day shipping… A week later and it’s still “processing” despite me calling several times a day. There’s no connect between customer service and the warehouse, and am still waiting to get my refund as we speak.

Ordered a golf bag. 10 days later it still says waiting for Fed Ex to pick up. It’s never coming but I am having to jump through hoops to get a refund. Not sure this company is legitimate. I hate to do it but it’s probably safer and less irritating just to buy from the big box store with a name that this forum deems inappropriate. Rhymes with Nick’s

Purchased a golf bag, then two days later received an email saying it was on back order. They had 5 color options available for the Titleist bag at the time of order. The back order was going to push out the order by several weeks, so I cancelled the order. I spoke to the customer service representative and asked why the bag was sold if it was not in inventory. She said they only sell items currently in stock, so her conclusion was that it must have gone out of stock immediately after my order. When I asked what color options of the bag were currently in stock, she told me none. So according to the rep, all 5 bag color options went out of stock immediately after I placed my order. That's amazing! After cancelling the order, I checked the website again and found that all 5 of the color options for the bag were still being represented as available for purchase and in stock. You could add them to your cart, checkout, etc. Looking at other reviews for TGW, selling out of stock items while knowingly representing them as in stock, seems to be a common business practice for the company. Very shady...

TGW is very frustrating to do business with. I ordered a golf vest for a gift but the product has been "in process" for three weeks. Customer Service reps only tell me what I already see on the screen and can't provide any helpful information. Another item, a wind shirt, was listed as canceled but shows up on my account as "shipped." Their products and prices are good but their shipping and customer service is dreadful!

This website is a scam. Ordered a pair of shorts in June. Company made me wait 3 weeks just to cancel my order the day it was supposed to ship. What a joke. Take your money else where. The kicker is, you email asking for help and it directs you to useless company links. F THIS SCAM.

So I order 3 shirts for an up coming trip paid extra for 2 day shipping .I recieved an email saying order was being processed 4 days later no shirts. I call customer service spoke with someone and they said my size and colors were in stock and didn't know why it hadn't shipped yet, she said she would check into it and call me back in 30 minutes.
No call back 3 hrs later I called again and was told they are moving their warehouse to another state. Who cares they shouldn't of advertised that these shirt were on sale and would ship immediately. I cancel the order.
Won't buy from them again.

Husband ordered a golf bag from TGW. Zero tracking email received, days go by, hubby calls..."sorry, that item is out of stock, but we'll process a refund." A few days later, he gets an email stating said golf bag is on the way. Few more days later, a 50lb, 18 foot TREE STAND shows up via FedEx. He calls TGW who tells him he needs to call FedEx (???). Hubby eventually was able to get someone to understand that he received the wrong item and this thing needs to be picked up. Oh and btw, where is the golf bag? Come to find out, TGW won't ship the golf bag until FedEx picks up the tree stand (???).
Tree stand picked up by FedEx and now hubby us told "sorry, that golf bag is out of stock."
Seriously, this company is the worst!

Worst experience ever. Ordered a club with 2-day shipping. Didn't receive and called, said they were having warehouse issues and that it would be sent doon. Customer service promised a manager would call me that day. I got this same promise on 3 more occasions. I never got a call. And today, 10 days later, I emailed again and have now been told they do not have the club. Not one time did they reach out to me and update status. This club was for a gift and the false promises ruined the occasion. There are too many other golf retailers, shop with one that honors their commitments, or at least one that is honest with you.
