Worst experience ever. Ordered a club with 2-day shipping. Didn't receive and called, said they were having warehouse issues and that it would be sent doon. Customer service promised a manager would call me that day. I got this same promise on 3 more occasions. I never got a call. And today, 10 days later, I emailed again and have now been told they do not have the club. Not one time did they reach out to me and update status. This club was for a gift and the false promises ruined the occasion. There are too many other golf retailers, shop with one that honors their commitments, or at least one that is honest with you.

This review is specific to Team Sales. I have been given the run around on a custom hat order for over 2 months. And when I tell you this experience has been awful, I wouldn't wish it on anyone. Not only did they avoid the fact they took an order they could not fulfill (because the company is on credit hold, which means they owe money to the company producing the hats), they fabricated a story stating the hat producer had their system "hacked" and was down for weeks.
Do not work with this Baseball Savings or tgw.com (The Golf Warehouse, Baseball Savings parent company).

I ordered sim 2 rescue right 4. TGW had a sale for 99 dollars. Put the club on back order one month after almost two months never received the club got hold of customer service cancelled the order on me never notified me said the company doesn’t make the club no more but if you look on the website they still selling the club for hundred dollars more evidently they didn’t want to honor the sale. Expected to use the club in my bag for Father’s Day tournament. Customer service offered me free shipping if I ordered another club what a joke

It was the worst customer service I have ever dealt with order glove gloves put in wrong hand called next day at seven in the morning to change said they would check with warehouse now they they are saying they are already shipped order at 9:00 is look at night they were closed called back at seven in the morning but it was already please don,t order from this company a top off.

I recently returned a blue tees speaker after five phone calls no one had an answer as to what they were going to do....there service department is the worse i have ever dealth with it asked to speak with a manager several times still waiting for that call.....I will never do business with tgw again....

Horrible customer service. I ordered a new golf bag and shoes. Shoes arrived on time 2 days after the shoes came I called to check on the bag. It had still not shipped. I asked to cancel my order and they said it is shipping today we can’t cancel. I called the next day since it did not ship as they said it would. I tried to cancel again and they said it shipped today and when I asked for tracking they said it wasn’t available!

There should be a ZERO star category. TGW has the worst customer service and operations execution of any golf company I have dealt with. Orders come in incorrectly (they shipped me a LH Wedge instead of a RH), and some do not even ship. Most recently, a Titlesit ball promo from 3 months ago and shows shipped, and they can not provide answers, and will not cancel and issue a credit. Carlsgolfland.com is a far better option.

the absolute worse customer service I've ever experience, they have no couth. my club was returned to be repaired and it has been over 3 weeks and they
cannot even find it in their warehouse. CS manager told me I would receive call back multiple times and not even a courtesy call to say they are sorry. No couth.
Will never buy from that website again.

Had to call their customer service line 4 times to inquire about my order. Originally the order was scheduled to be delivered on April 25, 2025. The status changed with no delivery and the shipment was stuck in Connecticut. I called twice to TGW on April 27th to inquire and they opened to FedEx claim. Later that day the FedEx tracking was updated and the package was in Sacramento, CA. schedule for delivery on April 28th. No delivery on the 28th and waited to May 1st to call TGW again. This time the representative said the claim allows 5 days to complete. If the package is still undelivered then I could reorder or be refunded. FedEx now shows the package in Missouri and no delivery date. I called TGW on May 3rd and asked for a refund. The representative could not process a refund. I asked to speak to a manager and none were available. I had to file a dispute on the charge with my credit card company. Still fuming over the poor customer service experience with TGW.

I ordered a closeout golf bag; website said it was in stock. That was over 3 weeks ago. Email sent to me said that the order had been processed and the shipping tracking number would be available as soon as FedEx picked it up. Absolutely no communication, so this morning I called TGW to find out where my order is. I was told that they'd cancelled my order because the bag was not in stock. DO NOT TRUST this company. Very poorly run!!

I rate them a zero for fulfillment, customer service, and making it right. Do NOT buy from them. I ordered 3 items. A pair of golf shoes, and 2 golf clothing items. Not one of the items I ordered was in the shipment they sent. Not even the wrong pair of shoes. I immediately called to complain and speak with a supervisor. No supervisor was available so they sent an email and one would call me back on Monday. I also sent a complaint email with the issues to TGW. Monday evening and no call back and no reply emails. So I call them. Zero explanation for their failure to have a supervisor call me. And, oh, BTW, your shoes are all sold out now! So send me a nicer pair, since it was your error and you've failed every step of the way. Nah. We aren't going to do that to make you, the customer, happy and to make our epic failures from fulfilling shipping and customer service and follow up right. We'll just issue a refund for the shoes. Buyer be aware. Do not support this business.

Ordered a shirt on January 27th and it shipped and arrived in the Denver area January 29th. It's now February 14th and still not delivered and TGW won't cancel and refund the order until they hear from Fed-Ex who apparently can't find it either and just tells you to call the shipper for resolution.
So now it seems to be my problem!

They sent a golf club with a missing part and wouldn’t correct the mistake. I had to go directly to the manufacturer of the club. Terrible customer service. Don’t use.

What used to be a very reliable company has become an absolute nightmare. I see the writing on the wall with them and how sad it is. I actually begin to think I'd been scammed by a Chinese hacker. After finally going around them to the mfg'r I realized they never ordered my product. What I can't believe is they also never charged my Amex! Needless to say, I've eliminated them from future golf equipment options but bottom-line is I feel sorry for their employees! They gotta know something isn't right there.

I have made many orders with TGW. great selection and pricing for all of your golf needs. All the brands and their own quality house brand at great prices. They often run sales where you get fantastic deals. I had one small issue on one order and customer service resolved quickly and to my satisfaction.

TGW experience totally stinks. Ordered a new rain jacket on sale. Order was confirmed with an email then 1 hour later TGW canceled the order. The jacket is still available on their site but for double the price. Multiple attempts and methods to contact the company have been unsuccessful.
Love the golf warehouse. Their sales support and service are always exceptional, good product good value
