"Stay away from this company! They created a shipping label immediately after I placed the order, but there was zero tracking movement for 10 days. When I requested a cancellation, it took them 3 days to respond just to confirm they cannot cancel it. Communication is terrible. Later, when the order was delivered back to them via RMA, they claimed they never received it—even though the tracking clearly shows it was delivered a week ago. This looks like a total scam."

I did not receive orders I was told I had no orders I explained I show payment for said orders I searched to find my orders on their app found them sent screenshots then told I dont get order. I requested refund got that but received sarcastic email response call customer service left 4 messages never a call back....If it was once ok but this is 2nd time. They do not care about customers its a warehouse mill they dont even actually have the products they purchase as the orders come in and the customer gets no service or respect...

I recently found this business, and have ordered products from them a few times. Prices are phenomenal, products are quality, and service is excellent. My experience has been 5-star thus far!

I received my order of 4 blue tooth speakers from That daily Deal in a plastic bag 5 days ago. All the boxes the items were in were crushed. I sent That Daily Deal an email with a photo of the damaged items and I have left 3 voicemail messages (since a call goes immediately to voicemail) and have NOT received any response. If the items had been properly shipped in a cardboard box this could have been prevented. I plan to contact my credit card company to cancel payment and I will not order from this company in the future. BUYER BEWARE!

Customer service has become so rare these days that when a company provides truly exceptional service, it deserves to be acknowledged.

I look forward to the daily text to see what is being offered, but I recently had a mix-up because I have several addresses where I live throughout the year. I discovered that my purchase was being sent to the wrong address, and to make matters worse, I had entered my email address incorrectly, so I never received an order confirmation.

I immediately sent a message on a Sunday, knowing that customer service was only supposed to be available Monday through Friday. To my surprise, I received a response within hours. Melissa quickly resolved the problem, and I couldn’t have been more appreciative.

I highly recommend this company. Superior customer service is worth recognizing, and this company certainly delivered.

I ordered 07/02/2026 and I have still not received my order. I contact them weekly and they tell me that my package was undeliverable and yet the tracking number they sent shows nothing. I have repeatedly asked for a refund but as of yet, I've received nothing! Don't buy from them!!

I found a charge to my PayPal account from "That Daily Deal". I hadn't charged anything recently. I asked to cancel the order. Before they responded I found out that my wife had been directed to their site to order something. I let them know that I no longer wanted to cancel the order. I apologized and they were very gracious and continued to process the order. Great communication helps every time. 5 stars.

I have shopped with that daily deal and their other sites, 13 deals and jamming butter for many years. Great prices, very happy with products. Most importantly, when there is an issue, quick response and always a satisfying resolution. I wish other companies would be as good with their customers.

This is a wonderful company that provides great deals on all kinds of products. Their customer service is superb and they quickly respond to any issues or concerns you might have. I’m hooked on their app and notifications, checking it daily… it’s so much fun watching them displaying their products makes my day. 🙌🏻👏🏻

They had a “sale” for Needoh fuzzballs. They sent fake Needoh’s… the box has the Needoh brand on it but the balls are wrapped in plastic and does not say Needoh on it. They are the wrong texture… totally fake. The brand Schylling or any of the information is nowhere to be found on the box. False advertisement and they won’t admit it.

Great customer service overall. Quick response to my issue with a product that didn't work right. I really appreciated the follow through to completion.

I ordered 3 dumplings for my 3 grandchildren. The listing showed the regular size dumplings. However, when I received them I received 2 regular sized dumplings and 1 mini dumpling.
Of course, it caused problems because the 3 siblings all wanted the regular sized dumplings.
I wrote customer service about the deception and I still have not received a response.
Very disappointed and wishing I would've never ordered them as it caused problems between the children.
The shipping is always slow which I can deal with. However, not receiving what I ordered is a real problem for me.

This company has the slowest shipping anywhere, ridiculously slow, trying to cancel after 2 full weeks is futile, even though they state that they haven’t received the product from their supplier. Products are frequently not as advertised, devious, unscrupulous company. Most definitely not worth the headache..

Customer service at That Daily Deal is wonderful. They are responsive and jump to fix whatever problem you have. I would recommend them to anyone.

I received a product that had been opened and was not functioning. I reached out to the Daily Deal and got a reply immediately. Melissa said to just get rid of the product and they would refund my money. Which happen very quickly. Was very pleased with they support!

Ordered two items and was shipped only one. Numerous contacts with them with no resolution. Complained to Pay Pal and was issued an immediate refund. This company has the worst customer service I have in counted in my numerous purchases on line.

THAT DAILY DEAL- STAY AWAY!
Placed an order on June 27,2026 they say 3 to 8 days. My credit card was charged on June 29,2026, never received any communication on order status or tracking, I went back on website saw tracking info, sat for days label created waiting for shipping company CIRRO to respond. I waited some days and checked again, showed was delivered. I have no merchandise benn going back and forth since July 18th with the only way to communicate emails. Had to do missing package report with shipping co. Gave them the report #, now they wont respond back with me. They have my money, I have no Mystery Dumplings. Very bad customer service.

Shipping policy states orders ship within ten business days. Fourteen days, and my order shows "Shipping label created".

The product was missing a piece and they quickly refunded all my money when I wrote them to ask for it. They were a pleasure to work with.

Great company. Great experience. Product was delivered shortly after ordered and the quality was exact. Great customer service.
